Electrified feeder spinner plate actuator assembly
An electrified feeder assembly includes a hopper, an actuator assembly, a motor, and at least one power supply. The hopper is configured to hold a quantity of feed wherein the feed is gravity fed downward through a feed tube. The actuator assembly is coupled to the hopper and is configured to selectively disperse feed when powered by the power supply. The motor receives power from the power supply and selectively spins the actuator assembly at a selected speed to open and close the feed tube. The speed of rotation induces a centrifugal force which opens the feed tube by translating the position of a portion of the actuator assembly. The feed exits the hopper through the feed tube and is dispersed through contact with the rotating actuator assembly. The actuator assembly is partially and temporarily electrified when manipulated in a closed position.
Trash Receptacle Protection Apparatus
A trash receptacle protection apparatus that is configured to be releasably secured to a trash receptacle so as to inhibit animals from entering the interior volume thereof. The trash receptacle protection apparatus includes a body wherein the body is ring shaped and manufactured from an elastic material. The body further includes a plurality of conductors wherein the conductors are distributed in between the lower edge and upper edge. Voids are present in between the plurality of conductors and the conductors are manufactured from a stainless steel wire. The conductors are formed in a z-pattern so as to accommodate the expansion of the body during securing to trash receptacles of larger sizes. The body of the present invention further includes a plurality of warning indicia and further includes a warning light.

Pinniped deterrent system
An electrical deterrent system and method including a pulse generator, power source, and substrates with accompanying electrodes for attaching to different types of surfaces and supports on various manufactured structures to repel pinnipeds from a manufactured or man-made structure that otherwise is not intended for pinniped use. The system is repeatable, controllable and scalable and includes docking type interchangeable sections.

SMALL ANIMAL DETERRENT BARRIER
A lay-flat barrier has a plurality of modules. Each module has two end pipes attached to each other by one or more connecting pipes to form a frame. Each module also has one or more electrically-conductive mesh panels attached on top of the frame. At least one end pipe of each module is connected to an end pipe of at least one other module. Additionally, the mesh panels of the plurality of modules are adapted to be electrically coupled to each other and to a power source so as to discharge a deterrent amount of current upon contact by a small animal.

Species specific feeder
Animal feeders are disclosed that include a barrier limiting access to feed inside the feeder, doors controlled by an actuator and a control system configured to feed certain species to the exclusion of others by the recognition of those species. Cameras and, in some cases, other detectors are used to detect and identify animals by species. Doors may be configured to be open by default and remain open for the feeding of desired animals with the doors closing to prevent feeding upon the approach of an animal targeted for exclusion.

Animal blanket assembly
A horse safety assembly includes a blanket that is draped over an animal. The blanket is comprised of an electrically conductive material. An insulator is coupled to the blanket and the insulator rests on the animal when the blanket is positioned on the animal. The insulator is comprised of an electrically insulating material. A plurality of straps is provided and each of the straps is coupled to the blanket. Each of the straps is selectively matable to each other to retain the blanket on the animal. A shock unit is coupled to the blanket and the shock unit is in electrical communication with the blanket. The shock unit delivers an electrical shock to an attacker when the attacker attacks the animal. In this way the attacker is repelled from the animal.
