A system and method of controlling iguana infestation is provided. The system and method, being harmless to people and pets, can include a wall barrier, sea barrier, ground barrier, and climbing (tree, piling) barrier. The Iguana Sea Wall Barrier prevents iguanas from accessing property from the water. Iguana Piling Wraps can be included to prohibit access to the property via the dock. Iguana Tree Guards can be included to prevent iguanas from climbing up into trees.

Animal sensing systems and methods are described. An animal sensing system can include an input section with an entrance and an output section having at least two output paths each having its own exit. An animal can enter the animal sensing system through the entrance. A sensor within a sensing area of the input section can detect one or more characteristics of the animal, and can communicate the detected characteristic(s) to a central processing unit. The central processing unit can use the received data to classify the animal based on the detected characteristic(s), and then control a directional guide, such as a gate, in the animal sensing system on the basis of the classification, so as to direct the animal within the animal sensing system, such as to allow access to only one of the output paths at a time. The animal may thus be allowed to exit the animal sensing system through only one output path, directing the animal to a desired location based on the classification.

A furniture protection device comprises a cylinder having a retractable band and band attachment point. The cylinder is configured to be removable secured to an article of furniture on a first side while the band attachment point is configured to be removably secured to the article of furniture on a second side. The retractable band may then be unfurled from the cylinder and contacted to the band attachment point. When disposed, the band acts to prevent a pet from accessing the article of furniture.

A furniture protection device comprises a cylinder having a retractable band and band attachment point. The cylinder is configured to be removable secured to an article of furniture on a first side while the band attachment point is configured to be removably secured to the article of furniture on a second side. The retractable band may then be unfurled from the cylinder and contacted to the band attachment point. When disposed, the band acts to prevent a pet from accessing the article of furniture.

A scavenging animal deterring feeder assembly may include a feeder support stand including an elevated stand platform. A stand fence having a plurality of spaced-apart, upward-standing fence spikes may be carried by the stand platform. A feed-dispensing wildlife feeder may be carried by the stand platform of the feeder support stand and at least partially enclosed by the stand fence. A feeder retaining assembly may retain the feed-dispensing wildlife feeder on the stand platform.

A scavenging animal deterring feeder assembly may include a feeder support stand including an elevated stand platform. A stand fence having a plurality of spaced-apart, upward-standing fence spikes may be carried by the stand platform. A feed-dispensing wildlife feeder may be carried by the stand platform of the feeder support stand and at least partially enclosed by the stand fence. A feeder retaining assembly may retain the feed-dispensing wildlife feeder on the stand platform.

An animal barrier for inhibiting the movement of small animals along first and second rails of one or more railroad tracks includes an animal stop having an animal stop face to be positioned between the first and second rails to inhibit the movement of the small animals along the first and second rails. The animal stop face has opposite first and second sides to be positioned adjacent the first and second rails, respectively, to inhibit the movement of the small animals between the animal stop face and the first and second rails. A support is coupled to the animal stop face and is to be secured to at least one of a railroad bed or a railroad tie to position and hold the animal stop face between the first and second rails.

An electrical control box for outdoor use that has a number of sealants provided to help prevent moisture from causing corrosion to the components inside the box, as well as providing resistance to attack of the box by critters, such as raccoons, mice, and the like. In some embodiments, a curable polyurethane is used.
