Smart Micro-Mouse Trap
A smart micro-mouse trap is disclosed herein which can be used to trap and kill the mouse, rat, rodent, etc. instantly. The embodiment comprises an enclosure for the mouse, a beam to detect the mouse, a trap, a latch and a solenoid powered by an electrical circuit to activate the tripping mechanism as the mouse enters the trap and breaks the beam. The smart micro-mouse trap is advantageous and useful as it is inexpensive, easy to operate, durable and allows for sanitary disposal of the dead mice, rats, rodents without contact to human.
PEST CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD OF OPERATING SAME
A pest control device comprising a capacitive sensor array including a plurality of sensor pads, the capacitive sensor array being configured to generate an electrical output signal indicating the state of each sensor pad, and an electronic controller electrically connected to the capacitive sensor array, the electronic controller including a processor and a memory including a plurality of instructions, which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to: receive the electrical output signals from the capacitive sensor array, determine a measured capacitance value for each sensor pad based on each electrical output signal, calculate a baseline for each sensor pad based on the measured capacitance value of the sensor pad, determine whether a difference between the measured capacitance value of at least one sensor pad and its corresponding baseline exceeds a first predetermined threshold, update a counter when the first predetermined threshold is exceeded, and record an event indicative of a presence of a pest when the counter exceeds a predetermined limit.
PEST-MANAGEMENT APPARATUSES WITH SEPARATOR TO IMPROVE FUNCTION OF RODENT SENSOR
Pest-management apparatuses (e.g., stations), such as, for example, that can be configured to permit a rodent to enter and retrieve a bait and/or become trapped (e.g., via adhesive or a snap-trap).
Pest-management apparatuses with separator to improve function of rodent sensor
Pest-management apparatuses (e.g., stations), such as, for example, that can configured to permit a rodent to enter and retrieve a bait and/or become trapped (e.g., adhesive or a snap-trap).
Fishing and Hunting Prediction System and Method
A fishing and hunting prediction system and method. The fishing and hunting prediction system may include a server, including a fishing and hunting prediction application, a controller, operating memory, and a communications interface, and wherein the server is accessible via a network. The fishing and hunting prediction system may further include, a data store in communication with the server; one or more data sources, wherein the one or more data sources are accessible to the fishing and hunting prediction application via the network; and wherein the controller is configured to execute stored program instructions, that may include providing access to a user; receiving user profile data; receiving waypoint data for one or more waypoints; receiving data from the one or more data sources; processing the received data; and generating fishing and hunting forecasting models based on the processed data.
Lighted pig feed dispersal apparatus
A lighted pig feed dispersal apparatus having a frame, platform, feeder assembly, feeder light, solar panel, battery, motion sensor lights, arm supports, and extension arms. The frame has four legs, each of which has a distal end and a proximal end, and the proximal end of each leg is attached to the platform. The feeder assembly includes a barrel, and the feeder light is situated underneath the barrel. The solar panel is configured to power the feeder light, and the battery is situated inside of a top part of the barrel. The motion sensor lights extend outwardly from the top part of the barrel. The four arm supports that extend outwardly from a side wall of the barrel and are disposed about a perimeter of the top part of the barrel. The four extension arms are configured to slide onto the four arm supports.
ANIMAL MOVEMENT MAPPING AND MOVEMENT PREDICTION METHOD AND DEVICE
An animal movement prediction method including the steps of establishing, obtaining, processing, receiving and predicting. The establishing step establishes a wireless mesh network of a plurality of remote imaging sensors. Each sensor is established in the wireless mesh network by installing the sensor on an object to detect the animal in a detection zone; and activating the sensor. The obtaining step obtains an image by way of the first imaging sensor. The processing step process the image by removing image information that is not part of an animal in the image thereby creating an animal image and compiling animal detection information of the animal. The receiving step receives animal detection information from the sensors by way of the mesh network. The animal detection information includes a time of detection. The predicting step predicts the future movements of animals dependent upon the animal detection information.
BAIT BOX FOR SEPARATING A FEEDING LOCATION BAIT BOX FOR SEPARATING A FEEDING LOCATION
A bait box including a housing; a feeding location arranged in the housing and configured for a poison bait, wherein the feeding location is arranged in an air cushion in the housing so that the feeding location is accessible for a rodent from an outside of the bait box through an entry arranged at a lower end of the housing; and a separation element which defines a liquid space with a liquid within the housing when the liquid rises outside of the housing above a threshold level above which accessibility of the feeding location is not provided to the rodent any more, wherein the liquid space extends from the threshold level to the separation element and separates the feeding location from the liquid space, wherein the housing is closed air tight besides the entry so that the air cushion is captured in the housing.
POTTY PRO COLLAR SYSTEM
The Potty Pro Collar System is a pet doorway proximity alert system that alerts a pet owner that a pet is residing near a doorway. The system has a sound indicator, a transmitter, and a proximity collar. The proximity collar is worn around the neck of a pet, and has a tag that couples with the transmitter to signal the sound indicator to sound an audible alert. The pet resides near the interior or exterior of a doorway to create an audible alert. The audible alert volume and sounds are adjustable by buttons on the sound indicator. The present invention is useful to alert a pet owner when a pet desires to urinate outside, and may prevent pets from urinating in the interior of a residence.
Methods and systems for directing birds away from equipment
A system for directing a bird away from equipment includes an emitter configured to transmit a beam of audio-modulated ultrasonic sound. The beam of audio-modulated ultrasonic sound is configured to frequency down-convert in the atmosphere to produce a specified audible sound for a bird at a selected distance away from the emitter.
