Insole
An insole (2) has a heel region (8), an arch region (6) and a forefoot region (4). A pod (10) comprising an encapsulated liquid is partially embedded in a foam layer in the heel region (8). The impact of foot strike can lead to large forces on joints in the body. The insole (2) with the pod (10) reduces the impact of foot strike and therefore can lessen the impact of steps on the body.
THERMAL PROTECTION SYSTEM AND RELATED COMPOSITIONS OF MATTER
A thermal protection system is disclosed herein. In various aspects, the thermal protection system includes an insert. The insert may include a first layer and a second layer bonded to one another. The insert may be removeably receivable within a cavity of a shoe to form a thermally insulating barrier between a plantar surface of a user's foot and a sole of the shoe with a side of the first layer oriented toward the sole and a side of the second layer oriented toward the plantar surface. The first layer may include an aerogel and the second layer may include a meta aramid polymer, in various aspects. Related compositions of matter disclosed herein, in various aspects, include a plurality of layers bonded to one another in the form of an insert removeably receivable within a cavity of a shoe to create a thermal barrier between a sole of the shoe and a plantar surface of a foot of a user. This Abstract is presented to meet requirements of 37 C.F.R. 1.72(b) only, and is not intended to identify key elements of the apparatus, methods, and compositions of matter disclosed herein or to delineate the scope thereof.
BLADDERS, COMPARTMENTS, CHAMBERS OR INTERNAL SIPES CONTROLLED BY A WEB-BASED CLOUD COMPUTER SYSTEM USING A SMARTPHONE DEVICE
A computer system including a Web site and/or a cloud array of computers configured to have a connection to a smartphone or other mobile computer device and use the device and connection to control a configuration of one or more bladders, compartments, chambers and internal sipes located in a sole or removable inner sole insert of footwear. The computer system can also use the device and connection to transmit data to the computer system for storage and/or shared or independent processing and/or analysis, process data from sensors located in either one or both of the sole or the removable inner sole insert of the device user, and in, on, or near a center of gravity of the device user, and use the processed data to alter a configuration of the bladders, compartments, chambers and internal sipes.
Energy absorbing elements for footwear and method of use
An energy absorbing element for footwear has a first set of open spaces and a second set of open spaces in a layer of material. The first set of open spaces and the second set of open spaces each have arrays of open spaces. Each array of open spaces has a certain number of open spaces. The arrays are arranged in a particular pattern.
Balance-Improving Liquid-Filled Insole for Use in Therapeutics, Rehabilitation, Standing and Walking Work and Sports
An insole made of two membrane foils, between which a liquid is provided. The membrane foils have very little elasticity and high stiffness to respond quickly to load by pushing liquid quickly from an area under the foot to another area of the foot, by which the balance response is made faster for a person who uses such insoles. Especially in the field of multiple sclerosis, post-stroke rehabilitation, golf and race have such insoles have proven to be very advantageous.
Smartphone-Controlled Active Configuration of Footwear, Including With Concavely Rounded Soles
A smartphone or other mobile computer device, general purpose or specialized, wherein the smartphone device is configured to actively control the configuration of one or more bladders, compartments, chambers or internal sipes and one or more sensors located in either one or both of a sole or a removable inner sole insert of the footwear of the user and/or located in an apparatus worn or carried by the user, glued unto the user, or implanted in the user. The one or more bladders, compartments, chambers, or sipes, and one or more sensors are configured for computer control. A sole and/or a removable inner sole insert for footwear, including one or more bladders, compartments, chambers, internal sipes and sensors in the sole and/or in a removable insert; or on an insole; all being configured for control by a smartphone or other mobile computer device, general purpose or specialized.
Smart insole special for golf
The present disclosure provides a smart insole special for golf, belonging to the technical field of insoles. The smart insole includes a toe portion and a heel portion; inside the toe portion and the heel portion is formed a communicated cavity, the toe portion is formed with a groove, inside which groove is formed a plurality of through holes, the through holes are communicated with the cavity, one end inside the cavity close to the heel portion has a top fixedly connected to a partition block, and the cavity has an area located at a bottom of the heel portion filled with a porous sponge. The present disclosure can be combined with different application scenarios, select different usage modes, and improve the comfort specifically.
INSOLE FOR GOLF SHOES
The present disclosure relates to an insole for golf shoes, which is inserted into the inside of a golf shoe and supports the sole of a wearer's foot. The insole includes: a main body on which sole of foot is seated; a first cushion portion which is provided on the main body and supports a portion of a front portion of the foot; and a second cushion portion which is provided on the main body, supports the remaining portion of the front portion of the foot, is formed in an area of a part where a little toe is seated, and supports a side of the front portion of the foot. With this configuration, it is possible to improve posture stability and balance by distributing body pressure during the swing motion. Also, the central axis of the swing can be fixed by fixing the center of body pressure, thereby improving sway and increasing the accuracy of hitting. As a result, it is possible to improve the carry and driving distance and to reduce the direction angle.
Cushions and shoe insoles comprising elastomeric material and methods of forming same
An insole for a shoe includes an insole body of elastomeric material having a first major surface and a second major surface opposite the first major surface. A distance between the first major surface and the second major surface is between about 1 mm and about 10 mm. The elastomeric material defines a plurality of voids extending through the elastomeric material from the first major surface to the second major surface. Each void has a dimension between about 1 mm and about 3 mm in a plane parallel at least one of to the first major surface and the second major surface. A minimum distance between adjacent voids is between about 0.5 mm and about 3 mm. A shoe insole includes such a cushion. A method of forming an insole for a shoe includes providing an elastomeric material within a mold to form an insole body of elastomeric material.
