ELASTIC CUSHION FOR A FOOTWEAR ITEM, FOOTWEAR ITEM HAVING SUCH AN ELASTIC CUSHION
Provided is an elastic cushion for the disposal on a textile footwear item. The cushion, in a state when disposed on the sole of a foot, on the side that faces the foot has a shape that is complementary to the arch of the foot. Also provided is a footwear item from a textile material, having at least one cushion as above described that is disposed on the footwear item.
Toe protection insert for an athletic shoe
A toe protection insert for an athletic shoe surrounds the big toe and laces up to protect the toe from injury. The laces of the insert are designed to pull through the shoelace holes of the athletic shoe, to enable the user to position the toe as desired and elevate the toe above the shoe sole of an athletic shoe. The insert may include only a toe sleeve which wraps around the hallux toe or may also provide an insert sole upon which the toe sleeve is attached.

Intelligent Offloading Insole Device
A plantar surface pressure offloading system includes an insole capable of coupling with a shoe and interfacing with a foot. A number of compressible bladders and pressure sensors are coupled to the insole. Each bladder has an adjustable compressibility, and each pressure sensor is configured to measure a pressure exerted on a respective portion of the foot. A controller of the system can perform, for each compressible bladder, a compressibility adjustment process including (i) receiving, from a respective pressure sensor associated with a respective bladder, a signal indicative of a pressure exerted on a respective portion of the foot, (ii) determining, based on the signal, that the pressure exerted on the respective portion of the foot exceeds a threshold pressure, and (iii) responsive to the determination, adjusting the compressibility of the respective bladder, thereby offloading pressure from the respective portion of the foot to a different portion of the foot.
ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR WITH OUTSOLE BONDED TO CUSHIONING COMPONENT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING AN ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR
An article of footwear comprises a sole structure having a cushioning component defining an enclosed, fluid-filled chamber. The cushioning component has a top wall, a bottom wall, a medial side wall at a medial side of the article of footwear, and a lateral side wall at a lateral side of the article of footwear. The cushioning component includes a unitary outsole having a bottom portion, a medial side portion, and a lateral side portion. The bottom portion is bonded to the bottom wall, the medial side portion is bonded to the medial side wall, and the lateral side portion is bonded to the lateral side wall. A method of manufacturing includes disposing the first and second polymer sheets and the outsole in a mold assembly and thermally bonding the outsole to the second polymer sheet, and the first and second polymer sheets to one another to form a chamber.
CUSHIONING AIRBAG DEVICE
The present disclosure provides a one-way air inlet valve for a cushioning airbag device and the cushioning airbag device. The one-way air inlet valve includes an air outlet member being in air communication with the at least one airbag; an air inlet member clamped into the air outlet member and being in air communication with the air outlet member; and a block movably arranged between the air outlet member and the air inlet member, the block comprising an engagement surface. Wherein the one-way air inlet performs one-way intake by a movement of the block, and when the block moves to the one of the air outlet member and the air inlet member, the engagement surface of the block tightly abuts against an inner surface of the one of the air outlet member and the air inlet member.
Insole
An insole includes a deformable, resilient cavity that acts as an air pump as the wearer walks or runs while wearing a shoe or other footwear having the insole placed therein. Pressure applied to the insole by the wearer's foot during each cycle of the wearer's gait may depress the air pump, thereby forcing air through channels leading to air outlet holes at the foot bed surface of the insole. As pressure is released by the wearer lifting the foot, the air pump can expand, thereby drawing in air through a one-way air inlet valve.
FRONT CUSHION PAD
The present invention relates to a front cushion pad, which has flexibility. The front cushion pad comprises a buffering portion, a stop portion and a groove. The buffering portion is protrudingly disposed on the front cushion pad; the stop portion is protrudingly disposed on the front cushion pad and adjacent to the buffering portion; and the groove is disposed between the stop portion and the buffering portion. The present invention provides a front cushion pad that is able to cushion the pressure on front side of a foot and effectively stop the foot from slipping forward when wearing high-heeled shoes.

Adaptive insole for rehabilitation of foot injuries
An insole for offloading injuries on an area of a plantar surface of a patient's foot includes a body having a shape corresponding to the plantar surface of the patient's foot including a top surface and a bottom surface; and at least one supportive, deformable, deflatable bubble chamber. The at least one bubble chamber extends from the top surface of the body. The at least one bubble chamber is configured to be deflated to relieve pressure on the plantar surface of the patient's foot. A kit including the insole and an article of footwear including a sole, an upper connected about a periphery of the sole defining an interior of the article of footwear, and the insole positioned in the interior of the article, are also provided.
