An apparatus for attracting an animal to an area includes a housing, recordable memory media contained within the housing for storing a pre-recorded ultrasonic sound and a prerecorded audible sound. An audible sound emitter contained within the housing is also provided for emitting the prerecorded audible sound. Further, an ultrasonic sound emitter contained within the housing for emitting the prerecorded ultrasonic sound and second pre-recorded sounds that simulate first and second distinct sounds each made by a species of animal in the environment. A user interface, such as a hand held unit, is also provided to play back the audible and ultrasonic sounds simultaneously to produce a blended sound for attracting an animal. The apparatus may further include a first amplifier for amplifying the audible sound and a second amplifier for amplifying the ultrasonic sound. A low pass filter for filtering the audible sounds and a high pass filter for filtering the ultrasonic sounds from a mono file may also be included. The ultrasonic sound simulates ultrasonic vocal sounds of animals and the audible pre-recorded sound simulates audible vocal sounds of animals.

An interchangeable game call disk for use with a game call. The interchangeable disks can be used with external or internal reeds. The devices utilize a carriage and a removable disk. The carriage is configured with a reed, either removable or affixed, that is positioned and configured on the carriage to generate a sound when air is blown across the reed. The disks each has one or more geometric designs that are utilized in conjunction with the reed to create a unique sound. In one embodiment has a pair of flexible external arms that secure the disk into the carriage when in an engaged position. This embodiment is to be secured to an external tower housing to provide a game call. In a second embodiment, the disk has a valley formed in one side that is configured with a unique geometric design. The carriage is configured with a guide slot on an underside that receives the disk therein. Alternatively the disk is configured with clips that slide onto the frame of the carriage. The carriage and reed are typical mouth reeds utilized, for example, in turkey hunting or elk hunting. This embodiment can be used as an internal diaphragm game call.

The clasp and cap are spaced apart at a distance along the elastic rods so that when the call is stowed, the elastic rods create a compression force between the clasp and the cap to hold the animal call securely in place.
