RAPID-ENTRY FOOTWEAR HAVING A COMPRESSIBLE LATTICE STRUCTURE
Disclosed is a shoe having a compressible lattice structure in a heel portion to facilitate rapid, easy donning and doffing of shoes. In example embodiments, the lattice structure includes a plurality of interconnected, overlapping, intersecting and/or woven ribs defining a plurality of apertures. The lattice structure has an open position in which the shoe opening is expanded to facilitate reception of a foot of an individual wearing the rapid-entry shoe, and a closed position in which the shoe opening is smaller to retain the foot within the rapid-entry shoe.
HOLDING DEVICE FOR SOCKS
A holding device for socks, includes a flexible, particularly elastic, and essentially strip-shaped body, which can be inserted into the heel region of a shoe in such a way that the body rests against the heel of a foot located in the shoe at least in a lateral region of the foot and is supported on an inner sole and/or insole of the shoe, wherein the sock of the shoe wearer can be separably connected or is permanently connected to the body, particularly in an upper edge region of the body, or that the body is integrated into the sock in such a way that slipping of the sock off the heel of the foot within the shoe is restricted, wherein the body is in the worn state arranged entirely within the shoe.
Article of Footwear with Heel Cushion
An article of footwear is provided. The article of footwear includes a sole with a heel cushion mechanically engaged with a first end of a shank at an interface that includes one or more connectors in the shank that are snap-fitted with corresponding holes in the cushion. The sole further includes a midsole body at least partially surrounding the heel cushion and the shank and the midsole body has a greater hardness than the heel cushion.
FOOTWEAR SOLE PLATE WITH NON-PARALLEL WAVES OF VARYING THICKNESS
A sole structure for an article of footwear has a sole plate that may include a midfoot region, and also may include a forefoot region or a heel region. The sole plate may have a foot-facing surface with ridges extending longitudinally in the midfoot region and in the forefoot region or heel region. The sole plate may have a ground-facing surface with grooves extending longitudinally in correspondence with the ridges. A thickness of the sole plate from the foot-facing surface to the ground-facing surface may vary at a transverse cross-section of the sole plate through the ridges, or along a length of at least one of the ridges, or at both the transverse cross-section and along the length of the at least one of the ridges. The ridges may have crests at least some of which may extend non-parallel with one another in a longitudinal direction of the sole plate.

SHOCK-ABSORBING HEEL HAVING SHOCK ABSORBER AND ATTACHED TO HIGH HEEL
The present invention relates to a shock-absorbing heel provided with a shock absorber for mitigating the load applied to the sole of a foot when walking and, more specifically, to a shock-absorbing heel provided with a shock absorber and attached to a high heel, the shock-absorbing heel comprising, an outer heel fixedly mounted to the rear surface of the sole of a high heel (shoe), an inner heel which has an elastic spring mounted to the upper side thereof and is coupled to the inside of the outer heel, and a bottom heel which is fixedly mounted to a lower end portion of the inner heel so as to be replaceable, wherein a cylindrical protective cap which is inserted so as to prevent the lower end portion of the inner heel from being exposed to the outside is provided on a lower end portion of the outer heel, and a fastening cover coupled to the inner heel above the elastic spring is inserted into the outer heel. Thus, the outer heel slides up and down by virtue of the elastic spring to mitigate shock when walking.
