IMPROVED FOOTWEAR SOLE
A footwear sole obtained by molding a single polymeric material, the footwear sole includes a lower surface to contact the ground, and an upper surface to support an insole and, on the upper surface, at least one elastically deformable cushioning element. The cushioning element includes an elongated element cantileverly protruding from the upper surface, and a plurality of tabs extending from the upper surface that are arranged around the elongated element, thereby defining a dome. In an undeformed configuration of the cushioning element the tabs are upright, and there is a gap between the tabs and the elongated element, and in a deformed configuration of the cushioning element the tabs are each bent towards the elongated element and in abutment against it. The switching from the undeformed to the deformed causes the area of the bearing surface provided to the insole by each cushioning element to gradually increase.
ARTICLES OF FOOTWEAR TRANSITIONAL BETWEEN A FOOT INSERTION OR REMOVAL CONFIGURATION AND A FOOT SUPPORTING CONFIGURATION
Foot support systems (and articles of footwear including them) include a midfoot flex component, such as a bi-stable spring element, that moves the article of footwear/sole structure/foot support component/midfoot flex component between an open position/foot insertion or removal configuration and a closed position/foot supporting configuration and vice versa.

SOLE STRUCTURE FOR ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR
An article of footwear includes a sole structure having a chassis and a bladder. The chassis includes a cavity and a plurality of pillars extending into the cavity. The bladder is disposed within the cavity and includes one or more chambers. Each of one or more chambers is supported by at least one of the pillars. The chassis may include a first plurality of the pillars extending from a first side of the cavity and a second plurality of the pillars extending towards the first plurality of the pillars from a second side of the cavity, whereby the bladder is supported between the first plurality of the pillars and the second plurality of the pillars. The one or more chambers of the bladder includes an interior chamber and a peripheral chamber at least partially surrounding the interior chamber and the peripheral chamber has a different pressure than the interior chamber.
SHOE SOLE AND SHOE
A shoe sole at least partially comprises a shock absorber, and the shock absorber that includes a shock absorbing portion and a cover portion that has a tread on a side opposite to the shock absorbing portion. The shock absorbing portion is provided with a plurality of pass-through portions passing through the shock absorbing portion as viewed in a direction of a normal to the tread, and the cover portion covers at least one of the plurality of pass-through portions. The cover portion is provided with a communication path having one end open to the pass-through portion and the other end open at the tread, and a condition of R<L is satisfied, where R represents a diameter of a largest virtual incircle of a contour line of an opening of the communication path located closer to the tread, and L represents a length of the communication path.
ARTICLES OF FOOTWEAR
An article of footwear comprising: a sole; an upper, attached to the sole; and a full length footbed located inside the upper; wherein a portion of an underside of the full length footbed is attached relative to the sole with an underside of a forward portion of the full length footbed being unattached for placement of a forefoot cushion thereunder and/or an underside of a rearward portion of the full length footbed being unattached for placement of a heel raise thereunder.
HEEL AND FOOT SUPPORT WITH MOLDED CUSHIONING HEEL CUP
A foot support and cushioning device can include: a foot portion having a generally tubular shaped body including: a first opening located at a first terminal end at a top of the foot portion; and a second opening located at a second terminal end at a front of the foot portion for receiving a foot through the first opening and then the second opening, wherein the foot portion is made of a material that provides support to at least a portion of a foot of a user; and a heel cup including: a resilient body and a shock absorbing area that spans at least an area adjacent to the user's calcaneus bone. The heel cup is seamlessly attached to an underneath side of the foot portion. The device can provide shock absorption to a user's heels and compression support to the foot and optionally ankle.
