The height of the apparatus is dependent on the arrangement of the plurality of anthropomorphic members for the collapsible heel and the fixed height of the solid wedge body. The interchangeable heel includes a heel-bracing portion. The lift-receiving bed is integrated into a shank of the shoe body, and the heel-bracing portion is mounted adjacent to a heel seat of the shoe body.

Various embodiments are directed to an adjustable insole for a footwear article. In various embodiments, the adjustable insole comprises an insole body comprising a heel bottom cavity defined by a cavity opening provided along an insole body bottom surface; and a removeable heel bottom insert configured to be disposed within the heel bottom cavity such that a first insert portion is disposed within the heel bottom cavity and a second insert portion defines a lowermost surface of the adjustable insole, the removeable heel bottom insert having a selectively adjustable configuration relative to the insole body that is defined by an arrangement of the removeable heel bottom insert within the heel bottom cavity in one of a nominal position and a rotated position defined relative to the nominal position by a rotation of the removeable heel bottom insert through an angle of rotation of at least approximately 90 degrees.

A shoe capable of changing shoe types includes a shoe body, a shoe loading-plate disposed on one side of the shoe body, and having a front bracket and a rear bracket pivotally connected to the front bracket and having a pivoting base fixed on a side of the rear bracket opposite to the shoe body, a shoe heel pivotally connected to the pivoting base, a linking member pivotally connected to the front bracket and the shoe heel, and a shoe sole layer covering the shoe loading-plate and the linking member. A cutout feature in the heel tip cooperates with the shaft member to lock the two together and allow the heel tip to be replaced without removing the shaft member.
