The platform includes a first wheel spindle and a second wheel spindle extending from laterally from an opposing side of the platform. An assemble position includes the legs and struts of the frame assembly attached together in an upright position elevating the platform, and a top end of the ladder secured to and extending downward from the platform in a vertical position. A transport position includes the legs and struts detached from one another, the pair of wheels secured to the pair of wheel spindles respectively and the top end of the ladder secured to and extending laterally from the platform in a horizontal position.
Sporting Dowel Rod
A sporting dowel rod is provided. The sporting dowel rod includes an elongated rod including a first end portion and a second end portion distal from the first end portion. The sporting dowel rod further includes a first handle attached to the first end portion and a second handle removably attached to the second end portion. The sporting dowel rod is configured to operate as an aider to a user for dragging or hanging a game animal when the second handle is attached to the second end portion. The sporting dowel rod is configured to operate as a billy-club when the second hand is removed from the second end portion.
Small Game Sling
A small game sling includes a main body member and a series of individual retention straps or cords attached to each end of the main body member. One end of the retention straps is attached to the main body member, and a loop, ring or clip is preferably attached to the distal end thereof. The main body member includes a pair of flaps, wherein a first flap is positioned on one side of the main body member, and a second flap is positioned on an opposed side thereof. The flaps, in one embodiment, include attachment means, such as snaps, buttons, hook and loop fastener material (Velcro), or any other attachment mechanism so that the flaps may be folded inwardly over the main body member and attached to one another, so that the small game sling may be removably attached to the strap of a rifle, shotgun, or the like.
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for packing and transporting materials suitable for taxidermy
The present set of embodiments relate to systems, methods, and apparatuses for packing and transporting materials suitable for taxidermy. More specifically, the present disclosure includes embodiments of animal cape and skull transportation apparatuses including a hood adjoined to a cape receiver wherein the hood is adapted to receive the muzzle of an animal and cape receiver is adapted to receive an animal cape including hide harvested from near the shoulder region of the animal. Additional embodiments allow for the apparatus to partially enclose the cape and skull of an animal to preserve between initial harvest and a taxidermy professional.
Pack bag for transporting at least a head portion of an antlered big-game animal
The present disclosure relates to a pack bag for transporting at least a head portion of an antlered big-game animal. The pack bag comprises foldable flaps defining an opening for inserting the antlered big-game animal head into the pack bag. Upon insertion, a bottom flap can extend from the opening and at least partially fold onto itself (e.g., to cover hide attached to the head portion). In addition, a top flap opposite the bottom flap can extend from the opening and pass between antlers and over the at least partially folded bottom flap. A fastener connected to at least one of the top or bottom flaps can then compress the top and bottom flaps against the antlered big-game animal head. Additionally, the pack bag is attachable to a backpack, saddle, or other carrying apparatus (e.g., via a loop, eyelet, etc. provided on an outer surface of the pack bag).
