Cumene-phenol complex with thermal oxidation system
A process for the treatment of waste water, spent air, and hydrocarbon containing liquid and gaseous streams in the cumene/phenol complex is described. Various effluent streams are combined in appropriate collection vessels, including a spent air knockout drum, a hydrocarbon buffer vessel, a fuel gas knockout drum, a phenolic water vessel, and a non-phenolic water vessel. Streams from these vessels are sent to a thermal oxidation system.

Provided in the present invention is a preparation method for a nano organometallic carboxylate which effectively solves the problems of a complex washing process, and cumbersome, dangerous and uneconomical preparation of lye in traditional methods for producing organometallic carboxylates. A new method for preparing high-quality organometallic carboxylates by using a carboxylic acid, caustic soda, a metal oxide or a hydroxide as starting materials, and using ball milling to assist reaction thereof. The present invention not only efficiently utilizes lye, it also obtains high-quality organometallic carboxylates, which overcomes the technical prejudice that the prior art uses calcium chloride, sodium chloride and other salts for poor reaction efficiency. The problem in environmental pollution caused by the washing waste liquid in the existing process is fundamentally solved. At the same time, addition of non-ionic surfactants makes ball milling more efficient and significantly reduces the particle size of the product.

The invention relates to powdery, highly reactive alkali and alkaline earth hydride compounds, and to mixtures with elements of the third main group of the periodic table of elements (PTE) and to the preparation thereof by reacting alkali or alkaline earth metals in the presence of finely dispersed metals or compounds of the third main group of the PTE, wherein the latter have one or more hydride ligands or said hydride ligands are converted in situ, under the prevailing reaction conditions, i.e., in the presence of hydrogen gas or another H source, into hydride species, and to the use thereof for the preparation of complex hydrides and organometallic compounds.
