Electronic vapor dispenser for hunting
A hunting vaporizing device selectively receives a vaporizer housing that carries vaporizable liquid configured to be vaporized up on exposure to a vaporizing element such as a heating coil wherein the resulting vapor is distributed with air flow from an airflow generator. The vaporizer housing can be disposable and readily replaceable. The replaceable vaporizing housing allows the user replace an empty device, switch scents, or place the device in storage without the risk of spilling the liquid material. The connection between the vaporizer housing and the base is either used to deliver the electric signal to activate the vaporizing element from a power supply carried by the vaporizer housing or, alternatively, the connection is used to selectively deliver the power for the vaporizing element from a power supply carried by the base. The electrical connection is disposed within the dock that receives the vaporizer housing. The dock is recessed within the base such that a portion of the vaporizer housing is disposed within the base when the vaporizer housing is seated in the dock.
Sprayable gelling animal attractant
A gel-based and sprayable animal attractant composition is provided that comprises at least one synthetic scent. Generally, the gel-based animal attractant composition can be applied through the use of an aerosol spray can and can be formulated to attract specific types of animals, in particular ruminants. More specifically, the animal attractant can comprise a synthetic scent designed to mimic the urine of a doe in estrus.
Deer attraction device
An apparatus for securing licking branches to a support structure includes a body suitable for attachment to a support structure, at least one branch holder extending outwardly from the annular body, and securing means for securing a branch in place within the branch holder. The securing means may include a clamp. The body may be an annular body for fitting over the support structure. The body ma include a surface for fitting against the support structure with at least one loop operatively connected to the support structure. The angle of each of the at least one branch holder is adjustable.
Powdered scent compound
A powdered scent compound and related methods of application for adhering the powdered scent compound to a desired application area. The powdered scent compound can comprise a porous carrier powder, an adhesive compound and a synthetic scent compound. The powdered scent compound is shelf-stable and convenient to apply, carry and store. Furthermore, the powdered scent compound can adhere to applied surfaces, thereby ensuring that powdered scent compound remains where it is applied, even in locations where the potential exists for the compound to drip or be blown from.
LIQUID LURE DISPENSER
The herein described liquid lure dispenser is a closed chambered device, which is activated by the internal decrease in air pressure due to night-time cooling of ambient air. The enclosed reservoir is partially filled with a liquid. Expulsion of liquid and equalization of pressure within the device is controlled by two sensitive check valves. An upper check valve relieves excess air pressure as the ambient air warms during the day, which prevents fluid from being forced from the device due to increasing pressure build up. In the evening and night, when internal air pressure decreases in response to reduced ambient air temperature, the upper check valve closes. As internal air pressure begins to decrease, a lower check valve is biased to open. As internal pressure decreases, the lower check valve momentarily opens to equalize internal pressure. As the lower check valve opens, a small amount of liquid attractant is dispensed. When the internal pressure is equalized, the lower check valve closes.
The body may include a surface for fitting against the support structure with at least one loop operatively connected to the support structure. The angle of each of the at least one branch holder is adjustable.
ATTACHABLE WIND DETECTION DEVICE
A wind detection device with a flexible enclosure, and opening, and a dispensing tube, filled with powder or liquid and designed to be attached to hunting equipment, headgear, or clothing, wherein pressing on the outside of the device causes a puff of powder or vapor to be dispensed into the air, allowing the user to determine wind direction.
Remote controlled attractant or repellent dispersing apparatus
A remotely controlled attractant or repellent dispersing apparatus housing a remotely controlled actuator system where an aerosol spray can is mountable for engagement with the actuator system. A receiver in communication with a transmitter is configured to receive one or more commands from the transmitter and relay the command to the actuator system for opening and/or closing a valve on the spray can for dispersing the contents of the aerosol can at selected times and for selected durations. The dispersing system is mountable in an outdoor environment and the transmitter is a hand-held remote control. A removable base support is provided to retain aerosol spray cans of different sizes in alignment with the actuator system.
Animal Feeder with Selective Access Controlled by Image Recognition
A controller for an animal feeder uses image recognition to classify a species, and optionally an age and gender, of an animal at a dispenser for the feeder. Based upon the image recognition, the controller enables access or denies access to feed based upon permitted and non-permitted species, gender and age.
