20230303663 · 2023-09-28 ·

The present invention relates to antibodies, and antigen binding fragments thereof, that bind to the antigenic loop region of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and potently neutralize infection of both hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis delta virus (HDV). The invention also relates to epitopes to which the antibodies and antigen binding fragments bind, as well as to nucleic acids that encode and cells that produce such antibodies and antibody fragments. In addition, the invention relates to the use of the antibodies and antibody fragments of the invention in the diagnosis, prophylaxis and treatment of hepatitis B and hepatitis D.

Broadly neutralizing anti-human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) antibodies and methods of use thereof

The present disclosure relates to anti-human cytomegalovirus (anti-HCMV) antibodies and vaccines as well as diagnostic and therapeutic methods of use.

HPV-SPECIFIC BINDING MOLECULES

Provided are binding molecules, such as TCRs or antigen binding fragments thereof and antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof, such as those that recognize or bind human papilloma virus (HPV) 16, including HPV16 E6 and HPV16 E7. Also provided are engineered cells containing such binding molecules, compositions containing the binding molecules or engineered cells, and methods of treatment, such as administration of the binding molecules, engineered cells, or compositions.

CMV neutralizing antigen binding proteins

The present invention is directed to antigen binding proteins including, but not limited to, monoclonal antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof, that specifically bind to and preferably neutralize human cytomegalovirus (CMV). The antigen binding proteins of the invention are useful as a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for preventing and/or treating CMV infections in a patient in need thereof. Also encompassed by the invention are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antigen binding proteins of the invention and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The invention further relates to methods of using the antigen binding proteins and pharmaceutical compositions of the invention for the prevention or treatment of CMV infection in patients in need thereof.

Hexon protein hypervariable region gene sequence of adenovirus and its application

The invention provides a gene sequence which can encode and express adenovirus hexon protein in vitro, and is represented as SEQ ID NO: 3. Also invented a protein which was translated and expressed by the gene sequence according to the invention, and the invention also relates to the use of the protein as an antigen to immunize rabbits to obtain a polyclonal antibody. The antibody mentioned above can detect adenovirus with high sensitivity and specificity.

METHODS FOR TREATING AND PREVENTING CYTOMEGALOVIRUS INFECTION

Provided herein, inter alia, are compositions and methods for treating or preventing viral infections. The methods and compositions may modulate entry of a virus into a cell, viral fusion to a cell, or cell to cell spread of the virus by targeting one or more viral proteins or ligands thereof. The methods and compositions provided herein including embodiments thereof are contemplated to be especially effective for treating or preventing cytomegalovirus infections.
