Recombinant production of mixtures of antibodies
Provided is methods for producing mixtures of antibodies from a single host cell clone, wherein, a nucleic acid sequence encoding a light chain and nucleic acid sequences encoding different heavy chains are expressed in a recombinant host cell. The recombinantly produced antibodies in the mixtures according to the invention suitably comprise identical light chains paired to different heavy chains capable of pairing to the light chain, thereby forming functional antigen-binding domains. Mixtures of the recombinantly produced antibodies are also provided by the invention. Such mixtures can be used in a variety of fields.
SERUM ALBUMIN BINDERS
The present invention relates to amino acid sequences that can bind to serum albumin. In particular, the present invention relates to immunoglobulin single variable domains, and in particular heavy-chain immunoglobulin single variable domains, that can bind to serum albumin. The invention also relates to proteins, polypeptides and other constructs, compounds, molecules or chemical entities that comprise at least one of the immunoglobulin single variable domains binding to serum albumin that are described herein.
Activatable Anti-CTLA-4 Antibodies and Uses Thereof
Provided herein are activatable anti-human CTLA-4 antibodies comprising a heavy chain comprising a VH domain and a light chain comprising a masking moiety (MM), a cleavable moiety (CM), and a VL domain. Such activatable anti-human CTLA-4 antibodies have CTLA-4 binding activity in the tumor microenvironment, where the masking moiety is removed by proteolytic cleavage of the cleavable moiety by tumor-specific proteases, but exhibit greatly reduced binding to CTLA-4 outside the tumor. In this way, the activatable anti-human CTLA-4 antibodies of the present invention retain anti-tumor activity while reducing the side effects associated with anti-CTLA-4 activity outside the tumor.
ANTI-HERV-K ENVELOPE ANTIBODY AND USES THEREOF
The present invention relates to a novel antibody against HERV-K envelope that targets a conserved region not affected by glycosylation or by native conformation, and its use in diagnostics and/or in therapy.
IL-17 antibody formulations and methods of treatment using same
The present invention provides pharmaceutical formulations for anti-IL-17 antibodies. These anti-IL-17 antibody pharmaceutical formulations can be used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, ankylosing spondilitis, psoriatic arthritis or multiple myeloma.
MULTIMERIC OX40 BINDING MOLECULES AND USES THEREOF
This disclosure provides dimeric, pentameric, and hexameric OX40 agonist binding molecules and methods of using such binding molecules to induce anti-tumor immunity.
Chimeric Antigen Receptors Comprising BCMA-specific Fibronectin Type III Domains and Uses Thereof
BCMA-specific fibronectin type III (FN3) domains, BCMA-targeting chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) comprising the FN3 domains, and engineered BCMA-targeting immune cells expressing the CARs are described. Also described are nucleic acids and expression vectors encoding the FN3 domains and the CARs, recombinant cells containing the vectors, and compositions comprising the engineered immune cells. Methods of making the FN3 domains, CARs, and engineered immune cells, and methods of using the engineered immune cells to treat diseases including cancer are also described.
Methods of preventing inflammation and treating pain using anti-NGF compositions
This invention pertains to monovalent agents, including Fab fragments and monovalent monoclonal antibodies analogous to MetMab, having binding specificity to human Nerve Growth Factor (NGF), and methods of treating pain in an individual wherein there is no substantial increase in the inflammatory response of the individual following administration of the monovalent agents.
Modified amino acids comprising tetrazine functional groups, methods of preparation, and methods of their use
Provided herein are modified amino acids comprising a tetrazine groups according to Formula I: polypeptides, antibodies, payloads and conjugates comprising these modified amino acid residues derived from the modified amino acids, and methods of producing the polypeptides, antibodies, payloads and conjugates comprising the modified amino acid residues. The polypeptides, antibodies, payloads and conjugates are useful in methods of treatment and prevention, methods of detection and methods of diagnosis. ##STR00001##
Liquid formulation of long acting insulinotropic peptide conjugate
Provided are a liquid formulation of long-acting insulinotropic peptide conjugate, containing a pharmaceutically effective amount of long-acting insulinotropic peptide conjugate consisting of a physiologically active peptide, insulinotropic peptide, and an immunoglobulin Fc region; and an albumin-free stabilizer, wherein the stabilizer comprises a buffer, a sugar alcohol, and a non-ionic surfactant, and a method for preparing the formulation. For the purpose of preventing microbial contamination, a preservative may be added. The liquid formulation of the present invention is free of human serum albumin and other potentially hazardous factors to body, having no risk of viral contamination, and thus can provide excellent storage stability for insulinotropic peptide conjugates at high concentration.
