The fabric layer includes a plurality of fabric protrusions and the inner chassis includes a plurality of chassis protrusions that correspond to the fabric protrusions. Both the fabric protrusions and the chassis protrusions extend into cleat members of the sole structure.

A traction element arrangement for a sole structure of an article of footwear is described. Traction elements of a first group are associated with a lateral side of the sole structure. Traction elements of a second group are associated with a medial side of the sole structure. Traction elements of the second group include medial rotational traction elements that have a plurality of stud elements arranged in a circular grouping. Stud elements may be aligned laterally across the sole structure with traction elements of the first group. Stud elements may be aligned longitudinally across the sole structure to be arranged in different configurations along an outside medial side or an inside medial side.

A locking arrangement includes an annular array of twelve locking teeth on a boss surrounding the receptacle cavity, wherein every fourth tooth has a steeper side angle to in cooperate with mating cleat locking posts. A cylindrical shroud prevents the locking posts from damaging the outsole material during cleat rotation.

The mount coupling is configured to engage one of the plurality of cleat mounts and releasably connect the cleat to the sole. The plurality of legs includes at least one lateral leg having a first hardness and at least one medial leg having a second hardness, the first hardness greater than the second hardness.
