SHOE SPIKE WITH ELASTICITY AND GRIP
20210401110 · 2021-12-30 ·

The invention provides a shoe spike with elasticity and grip, comprising a mounting part arranged at the bottom of a shoe sole, wherein the bottom of the mounting part is provided with a guiding column, and the top of the guiding column is clamped into the inside of the mounting part; an elastic part is provided on the bottom of the mounting part and on the surface of the guiding column, and the elastic part is hollow. When the wearer steps on the ground to make the ground contacting part contact the ground and receives pressure, the elastic part and the ground contacting part move upwards along the guiding column for a certain distance synchronously; the elastic part shrinks and produces elastic deformation, thereby generating elastic force; the ground contacting part is made of hard material, which produces sufficient grip.

Outsole structure, method for producing the same, and cleated shoe including outsole structure

A stud of an outsole structure includes: a tubular body having a ground contact portion that comes into contact with ground, and a hole passing through the stud upward from the ground contact portion; a core disposed inside the hole and extending vertically; and a plurality of partition walls disposed above the ground contact portion and extending radially from the core toward an inner wall surface of the tubular body. An outsole body has a plurality of locking portions disposed below the partition walls. Each of the locking portions is locked to an associated one of the partition walls in a state in which an upper end portion of the locking portion is in contact with a lower end portion of the associated partition wall.

In an anti-slipping device for a shoe sole having an anti-slipping or anti-sliding component such as nails or spikes which are not secured to the sole but are secured on support elements which can be overturned to be hidden in slots made on the sole itself, each overturning support element is hinged at its ends on cubic blocks which are anchored to the sole due to a mushroom-shaped coupling element which is molded in once piece to the cubic block itself, made of the same thermo-polyurethane material as the support elements and which is snap-fitted in its seat arranged in the sole next to the slot where the overturning support element is accommodated after the overturning, without interfering with the integrity of the sole itself and thus allowing the replacement thereof without difficulty. Also included is a mechanism for avoiding the accidental loss of the support element when walking.

Articles of footwear and sole structures with pressure-mapped midsole topographies and inlaid outsoles
11357285 · 2022-06-14 · ·

Presented are footwear sole structures with pressure-mapped midsole topographies and inlaid wear-mitigating outsoles, methods for making/using such sole structures, and footwear fabricated with such sole structures. An article of footwear includes an upper for receiving and attaching to a foot of a user, and a sole structure attached to the upper for supporting thereon the user's foot. The sole structure includes a midsole that is formed with a first material having a first hardness, and an outsole that is mounted to the midsole and formed with a second material that is harder than the first material. The midsole has a ground-facing surface with multiple cavities, multiple channels interspersed with the cavities, and ground-contacting land segments that separate the cavities from the channels. The outsole is disposed in the channels and positioned between the cavities such that a ground-contacting outsole surface is substantially flush with the midsole's ground-contacting land segments.

FOOTWEAR DYNAMIC SOLE

The present description relates to a footwear sole (1) comprising a first layer (2) having a leaning surface (3) and a second layer (4), coupled to said first layer (2), associated with a plurality of seats (5). The sole (1) moreover comprises a plurality of actuated members (6) each of which mounted in a respective seat (5) and movable or shift-able between a first position, or retracted position, and a second position, or extended position, wherein in the respective first position they are apt to determine a first configuration of the first layer (2) and in the second position they are apt to determine a second configuration of the first layer (2) wherein the leaning surface (3) has or forms a plurality of bumps or protrusions with respect to the first configuration. The sole (1) further comprises an actuation member (7) configured to move the actuated members (6) between the first position and the second position, and vice versa. The present description also relates to a method which can be realized by this sole, as well as to a footwear comprising this sole.

FOOTWEAR PLATE

A plate for an article of footwear includes a substrate, a first strand portion attached to the substrate via first stitching, and a second strand portion disposed on the first layer. The first strand portion includes first segments that each extend between two different locations along the substrate to form a first layer on the substrate. The second strand portion includes second segments that each extend between two different locations along the substrate to form a second layer on the first layer.
