Insert for Supporting and Aerating a Shoe Structure
A shoe insert is configured as a single component with a specifically-configured shape that provides internal shoe structural support while enhancing airflow within the shoe. The shoe insert is comprised of a rigid structure, such as plastic, that engages with the inner and outer sides of the shoe to provide sufficient support. The shoe insert's inner and outer sides, which engage with the shoe's inner and outer sides, have a grip portion with an upper opening substantially positioned at the shoe's ankle opening. This upper opening enables air to flow therethrough and provide breath to the shoe's interior cavity. Airflow holes spread sporadically throughout the shoe insert's body enables air to flow through the shoe insert and engage the shoe to provide breathability, thereby preventing moisture, mold, and stench.
Apparatus and system for authenticating, grading, and encapsulating collectibles
A case includes a first shell to encapsulate a portion of a collectible. The first shell includes a planar first end having a recessed first edge. A wall is attached to the planar first end at the first edge of the planar first end and surrounds the portion of the collectible. A shoe tree includes a foot-shaped portion for insertion into the collectible and supporting the collectible. An end portion is attached to the foot-shaped portion and rests against the wall, wherein the first shell is configured to support the shoe tree. A second shell seals the case and includes a planar second end to be placed on a lip of the wall, wherein the collectible is configured to be encapsulated by the case. The planar second end has a recessed edge to align with the recessed first edge to enable the case to be stacked on a counterpart case.
SHOE INSERT
An insert adapted to be inserted into a shoe and provide support to an upper surface of the shoe so as to prevent the upper surface from deforming. The insert is made of a unitary body made of a flat and flexible material. The unitary body includes: (1) a forefoot portion; (2) a rearfoot portion extending from the forefoot portion; (3) a continuous peripheral wall about the unitary body; (4) an upper surface; and (5) a bottom surface opposing the upper surface.
Women's Malleable and Resilient Shoe-Tree
A shoe-tree that allows the user to care for and maintain the form of their shoes when not in use by employing a malleable form that can be molded to the shape and contour of the interior of said shoe, regardless of heel height. The shoe tree has a malleable, foam like soft body and a solid yet resilient and moldable infrastructure that allows the user to also bend the shoe-tree back to its original shape or to the shape to accommodate another shoe with a different heel height and interior shape. The invention, when inserted into a shoe, extends vertically beyond the interior heel area of the shoe to mimic the shape of the ankle. In this way, the shoe-tree is able to accommodate the straps, buckles and/or closures of the shoe by allowing them to wrap around the shoe-tree to maintain their intended form when the shoe is not in use.
INFLATABLE SHOE INSERT
Provided is an inflatable shoe insert for inserting in a shoe. The insert comprises first and second web plies that are sealed together at a plurality of seals that define an air chamber. The air chamber includes a front region having a toe expansion region uninterrupted by seals over an area so that when fully inflated, the front region expands to a height and medial-lateral width to support the shoe upper against collapsing. The air chamber further includes a retention portion having a region in which the seals are spaced closer together than in the toe expansion region so that when fully inflated, the retention portion expands to a medial-lateral width that is smaller than that in the toe expansion region, the retention portion having an anterior-posterior length that reaches the heel of the shoe to retain the front region in the toe box by pressure against the heel.
SHOE INSERT
The present invention relates to a shoe insert which is inflatable or otherwise conformable to the interior of the shoe and provides protection against the shoe collapsing during transport or shipment. The shoe insert can be provided with branding and other merchandising information.
Shoe tree device
A shoe tree having a body with an exterior surface for contacting an interior surface defining a shoe interior cavity during storage. An adjustment member removably engages with a mount on a rear wall of the body of the shoe tree and is engaged to a heel member. The heel member, when rotated on the adjustment member, will increase or decrease the overall length of the shoe tree. The body portion may include an insert which has indicia thereon concerning one or both of a location of purchase or the owner of the shoe tree.
