AQUEOUS RESIN COMPOSITION, COATING AGENT, AND ARTICLE
Provided is an aqueous resin composition having a composite resin (ABC) dissolved or dispersed in an aqueous medium, and further containing a plasticizer (D), the composite resin (ABC) having a polysiloxane segment (B) and a polysiloxane segment (C) which are bonded through a silicon-oxygen bond, wherein the polysiloxane segment (B) is present in a composite resin (AB) having a polymer segment (A) having a neutralized acid group and the polysiloxane segment (B), which are chemically bonded to each other, and the polysiloxane segment (C) is derived from a condensation product (c) of an alkyltrialkoxysilane having an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, wherein the content of the total of the polysiloxane segment (B) and the polysiloxane segment (C) in the composite resin (ABC) is 15 to 85% by mass. The aqueous resin composition can form a coating film which is excellent in appearance of the coating film.

Provided is an aqueous resin composition having a composite resin (ABC) dissolved or dispersed in an aqueous medium, and further containing a plasticizer (D), the composite resin (ABC) having a polysiloxane segment (B) and a polysiloxane segment (C) which are bonded through a silicon-oxygen bond, wherein the polysiloxane segment (B) is present in a composite resin (AB) having a polymer segment (A) having a neutralized acid group and the polysiloxane segment (B), which are chemically bonded to each other, and the polysiloxane segment (C) is derived from a condensation product (c) of an alkyltrialkoxysilane having an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, wherein the content of the total of the polysiloxane segment (B) and the polysiloxane segment (C) in the composite resin (ABC) is 15 to 85% by mass. The aqueous resin composition can form a coating film which is excellent in appearance of the coating film.

EMULSION COMPOSITION, A COATING AGENT AND A LAMINATE
One object of the present invention is to provide an emulsion composition comprising a silicone and an emulsion of a resin having a film forming property, which emulsion composition may provide a coating agent which effectively exhibits slidability of silicone on a substrate, while maintaining transparency. Another object of the present invention is to provide a laminate having a film made of the coating agent. The present invention provides an emulsion composition comprising (I) an emulsion of a resin having a film forming property in a solid content of 60 to 99.9 parts by mass and (II) an emulsion of a silicone-acrylic core-shell resin in solid content of 0.1 to 40 parts by mass, a total mass of the solid contents of components (I) and (II) being 100 parts by mass, wherein a core of the silicone-acrylic core-shell resin (II) is composed of an organopolysiloxane (A), a shell layer of the silicone-acrylic core-shell resin (II) is composed of a poly(meth)acrylate ester (B), a mass ratio of the organopolysiloxane (A) to the poly(meth)acrylate ester (B) is in a range of 40:60 to 95:5, and a covering ratio by the poly(meth)acrylate ester on a surface of the silicone-acrylic core-shell resin is at least 50%.
EMULSION COMPOSITION, A COATING AGENT AND A LAMINATE
One object of the present invention is to provide an emulsion composition comprising a silicone and an emulsion of a resin having a film forming property, which emulsion composition may provide a coating agent which effectively exhibits slidability of silicone on a substrate, while maintaining transparency. Another object of the present invention is to provide a laminate having a film made of the coating agent. The present invention provides an emulsion composition comprising (I) an emulsion of a resin having a film forming property in a solid content of 60 to 99.9 parts by mass and (II) an emulsion of a silicone-acrylic core-shell resin in solid content of 0.1 to 40 parts by mass, a total mass of the solid contents of components (I) and (II) being 100 parts by mass, wherein a core of the silicone-acrylic core-shell resin (II) is composed of an organopolysiloxane (A), a shell layer of the silicone-acrylic core-shell resin (II) is composed of a poly(meth)acrylate ester (B), a mass ratio of the organopolysiloxane (A) to the poly(meth)acrylate ester (B) is in a range of 40:60 to 95:5, and a covering ratio by the poly(meth)acrylate ester on a surface of the silicone-acrylic core-shell resin is at least 50%.
PHOTOCHROMIC POLYDIORGANOSILOXANE VINYLIC CROSSLINKERS
The invention provides a class of photochromic polydiorganosiloxane vinylic crosslinkers. Each of the photochromic polydiorganosiloxane vinylic crosslinkers of the invention comprise (1) a polydiorganosiloxane polymer chain comprising dimethylsiloxane units and photochromic siloxane unit having one methyl substituent and one organic substituent having a photochromic moiety that capable of undergoing a reversible color change upon exposure to UV-irradiation or high-energy-violet light; (2) two terminal ethylenically-unsaturated groups. The invention also provides a soft photochromic contact lens, especially a photochromic silicone hydrogel contact lens, which comprises a crosslinked polymeric material comprising repeating units of at least one of such a class of photochromic polydiorganosiloxane vinylic crosslinkers. The invention further provides a method of producing a photochromic contact lens from a polymerizable composition comprising at least one of such a class of photochromic polydiorganosiloxane vinylic crosslinkers.

AQUEOUS POLYMER DISPERSION AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to an aqueous polymer dispersion containing a multistage emulsion polymer particle. The multistage emulsion polymer particle contains a polysiloxane formed in the first stage; a transition layer formed in the second stage; and a polyacrylate formed in the third stage. The transition layer is made of silane coupling agents. The present invention also relates to a method of preparing the aqueous polymer dispersion and use of the aqueous polymer dispersion for preparing coatings.
