ETHYLENE INTERPOLYMER PRODUCTS AND FILMS
This disclosure relates to ethylene interpolymer compositions and films prepared therefrom. Specifically: ethylene interpolymer products having: a dimensionless Long Chain Branching Factor, LCBF, greater than or equal to 0.001; a residual catalytic metal of from ≥0.03 to ≤5 ppm of hafnium, and; a dimensionless unsaturation ratio, UR, of from ≥−0.40 to ≤0.06, wherein UR is defined by the following relationship; UR=(SC.sup.U−T.sup.U)/T.sup.U, where SC.sup.U is the amount of a side chain unsaturation per 100 carbons and T.sup.U is amount of a terminal unsaturation per 100 carbons, in said ethylene interpolymer product. The disclosed ethylene interpolymer products have a melt index from about 0.3 to about 500 dg/minute, a density from about 0.855 to about 0.975 g/cc, a polydispersity (M.sub.w/M.sub.n) from about 1.7 to about 25 and a Composition Distribution Breadth Index (CDBI.sub.50) from about 1% to about 98%.
CAST FILMS COMPRISING BIMODAL ETHYLENE-BASED POLYMERS HAVING HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT HIGH DENSITY FRACTIONS
A cast film inducing a bimodal ethylene-based polymer having a high density fraction (HDF) from 3.0% to 10.0%, an I.sub.10/I.sub.2 ratio from 5.5 to 7.0, a short chain branching distribution (SCBD) less than or equal to 10° C., a density from 0.910 g/cc to 0.920 g/cc, and a melt index (I.sub.2) from 1.0 g/10 mins to 8.0 g/10 mins.
Polyolefin Polymers With Increased Melt Strength
A polymer composition with increased melt strength is disclosed. The polymer composition contains at least one polypropylene polymer combined with at least one melt strength modifier. The melt strength modifier can comprise a sorbitol derivative in an amount sufficient to change the melt strength characteristics and properties of the polymer. The polymer composition can be used in thermoforming processes and to produce polymer foams. The melt strength modifier can increase the melt strength of the polymer without having to induce branching in the polypropylene polymer.

High Pressure Polyethylene Tubular Reactor Processes For Improved Wire Coating Product
Methods for producing polyethylene compositions having broader melt index ratio and narrower molecular weight distribution in high pressure multi-feed tubular reactors are provided. The methods are useful in multi-feed tubular reactors comprising three or more reaction zones. The first reaction zone or the first and second reaction zone having a peak temperature that is lower than standard peak temperatures for polymerization of ethylene monomer in a tubular reactor.
