Polymers made from telechelic N-alkylated polyamides
This invention relates to polymers made from low molecular weight polyamide oligomers and telechelic polyamides (including copolymers) containing N-alkylated amide groups in the backbone structure. The described telechelic polyamides are used as the soft segment in the described TPU. These telechelic polyamides are unique in that they have an unexpectedly low glass-transition (desirably 30 degrees C. or lower) which makes them suitable for further reaction and polymerization, allowing for the formation of the described TPU. The resulting TPU can provide improved hydrolytic, oxidative and/or thermal stability as well as improved adhesion to other materials, especially polar materials.

POLYCARBOXYLIC ACID WATER-REDUCING AGENT WITH HIGH ADAPTABILITY TO TEMPERATURE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME
The present invention discloses a polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent with high adaptability to temperature and a preparation method for preparing the same. The polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent is prepared by introducing an unsaturated macromonomer D with a temperature-sensitive side chain which could be bonded to the backbone of the polycarboxylic acid through free radical polymerization. The polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent prepared by the invention has an adsorption group density that can be automatically adjusted with the change of ambient temperature, and thereby shows similar dispersing capability and dispersion retention capability at different ambient temperatures, demonstrating high adaptability to different ambient temperatures. It can be used in a larger temperature range with a constant dosage, which is beneficial to further popularization and application of the polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent in regions of different climates.
METHOD FOR TREATING OR PREVENTING SACCHARIDE-RELATED DISEASES OR DISORDERS
A method for treating or preventing saccharide-related diseases or disorders, comprising administering a therapeutically or prophylactically effective amount of a polymer comprising at least one boronic acid group to a subject having or at risk of having a saccharide-related disease or disorder.
METHOD FOR PREPARING ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY POLYAMIDE RESIN
An environment-friendly method for preparing polyamide resin, wherein the raw materials comprise by weight 5-60 parts of dibasic acid and 3-50 parts of diamine as polymeric monomers, and by weight 10-90 parts of polyamide of a reactive dispersion system; reactively dispersing the polymeric monomers into the polyamide dispersion system in molten state, and performing a polymerization reaction to obtain the polymer product. A salt formation process in water or ethanol does not occur during the entire process. The product is not affected by the temperature and pH value during the salt formation process, and has extremely stable quality. The problems of water consumption, energy consumption, time consumption, and unstable quality in traditional nylon salt production are solved.
