Laser-releasable bonding materials for 3-D IC applications
Novel polyketanil-based compositions for use as a laser-releasable composition for temporary bonding and laser debonding processes are provided. The inventive compositions can be debonded using various UV lasers, at wavelengths from about 300 nm to about 360 nm, leaving behind little to no debris. The layers formed from these compositions possess good thermal stabilities and are resistant to common solvents used in semiconductor processing. The compositions can also be used as build-up layers for redistribution layer formation.
HEAT-AGING RESISTANT POLYAMIDE MOLDING COMPOSITIONS
Described herein is a thermoplastic molding composition, including 30 to 99.8 wt % of at least one thermoplastic polyamide as component A; 0.001 to 5 wt % of at least one polyethylenimine homo-or copolymer as component B; 0.1 to 2.0 wt % of at least one condensation product of secondary aryl amines and aliphatic aldehydes, aliphatic ketones, or mixtures thereof, or a combination of at least one secondary aryl amine and the at least one condensation product as component C; 0 to 3 wt % of at least one lubricant as component D; 0 to 50 wt % of at least one fibrous and/or particulate filler as component E; and 0 to 25 wt % of further additives as component F, where a total of wt % of components A to F is 100 wt %, which is free from copper.
AMPHIPHILIC ALKOXYLATED POLYETHYLENE/-PROPYLENE IMINE COPOLYMERS FOR MULTI-BENEFIT DETERGENT FORMULATIONS
Described herein is an amphiphilic alkoxylated polyethylene/-propylene imine copolymer. Also described herein is a process for manufacturing the amphiphilic alkoxylated polyethylene/-propylene imine copolymer and a method of using the amphiphilic alkoxylated polyethylene/-propylene imine copolymer.
Method for preparing nano attapulgite and phenolic aerogel and method for preparing abrasion-resistant vehicle tire
A method for preparing an aerogel comprising nano attapulgite and phenolic aldehyde and a method for preparing abrasion-resistant vehicle tire. 80-100 weight distributions of rubber, 3-8 weight distributions of SiO.sub.2.nH.sub.2O, 3-6 weight distributions of an anti-aging agent, 3-4 weight distributions of a heat stabilizer, 3-5 weight distributions of a compatibilizing agent, and 3-12 weight distributions of the aerogel comprising the nano attapulgite and the phenolic aldehyde is selected as a raw material of the abrasion-resistant rubber material to prepare rubber composite material for the abrasion-resistant vehicle tire.
Methods of preparing highly charged polyethylenimine and compositions and uses thereof
A method of preparing a disinfecting composition comprising charged polyethylenimine (PEI), the method comprising adding a base to an aqueous solution comprising a linear PEI hydrochloride solution to provide a linear PEI salt solution with a pH between 9-11, adding a first organic acid to reduce the pH to less than 7, removing about 20% to 100% of the salt from the solution, and optionally adding water and/or a second organic acid to obtain the disinfecting composition with a pH of 2-7. The method can further comprise adding at least one metal salt to the disinfecting composition. The resulting disinfecting solution can be used to provide antimicrobial products with enhanced antimicrobial performance, reduced toxicity, and/or able to leave a persistent “kill-later” film.
HYPERBRANCHED POLYMERS AND POLYPLEXES AND DNA OR RNA DELIVERY SYSTEMS INCLUDING THE SAME
A hyperbranched polymer includes a hyperbranched, hydrophobic molecular core, respective low molecular weight polyethyleneimine chains attached to at least three branches of the hyperbranched, hydrophobic molecular core, and respective polyethylene glycol chains attached to at least two other branches of the hyperbranched, hydrophobic molecular core. Examples of the hyperbranched polymer may be used to form hyperbranched polyplexes, and may be included in DNA or RNA delivery systems.

Free-standing non-fouling polymers and polymeric compositions, monomers and macromonomers for making the polymers and polymeric compositions, objects made from the polymers and polymeric compositions, and methods for making and using the polymers and polymeric compositions
ANTIBACTERIAL HYDROPHILIC COMPOUND
The present disclosure provides an antibacterial hydrophilic compound. The antibacterial hydrophilic compound may react, induced by light through a hydrogen abstraction group in the structural formula thereof, with a C—H group and thus bind to a surface of a material having the C—H group (for example, chemical fibers such as polyester, chinlon, and the like; plastics, rubbers, and other similar materials), which can impart a durable antibacterial activity and hydrophilicity to the material. The antibacterial hydrophilic compound has a relatively strong binding force to the surface of the material without damaging the mechanical properties of the raw material. The present disclosure also provides a modified material that is modified by the antibacterial hydrophilic compound.
