A bio-electrode composition includes (A) an ionic material and (B) a lithium titanate powder. The component (A) is a polymer compound containing a repeating unit-a having a structure selected from an ammonium salt, a sodium salt, a potassium salt, and a silver salt of any of fluorosulfonic acid, fluorosulfonimide, and N-carbonyl-fluorosulfonamide. Thus, the present invention provides a bio-electrode composition capable of forming a living body contact layer for a bio-electrode that is excellent in electric conductivity and biocompatibility, is light-weight, can be manufactured at low cost, and can control significant reduction in the electric conductivity even when the bio-electrode is wetted with water or dried; a bio-electrode including a living body contact layer formed of the bio-electrode composition; and a method for manufacturing the bio-electrode.

An (A) additive organopolysiloxane composition is disclosed, which includes (A1) a branched organopolysiloxane polymer comprising M, D and Q siloxy units, (A2) a silicone resin, and (A3) a polydiorganosiloxane oligomer. A curable composition is also disclosed, the curable composition including the (A) additive organopolysiloxane composition, (B) an organosilicon compound having at least two silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule, and (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst. A method of preparing the curable composition, and a method of forming a film with the curable composition are also disclosed. The compositions and methods are useful for forming silicone release coatings with high release force.

POLYORGANOSILOXANE HAVING POLY(METH)ACRYLATE GROUPS AND METHODS FOR THE PREPARATION AND USE THEREOF

A polydiorganosiloxane having both a silicon bonded aliphatically unsaturated group and a silicon bonded poly(meth)acrylate polymer or copolymer, and method for preparation of this polydiorganosiloxane are disclosed. The method preserves the aliphatically unsaturated groups when grafting the poly(meth)acrylate to the polydiorganosiloxane. This polydiorganosiloxane is useful in hydrosilylation reaction curable compositions, such as pressure sensitive adhesive compositions.
