Disclosed are polymer polyol compositions that include an amino diphenylamine, optionally in combination with other antioxidants, such as phenolic antioxidants, as well the use of such polymer polyol compositions in the production of flexible polyurethane foams. The polyurethane foam includes a reaction product of a polyisocyanate component and an isocyanate-reactive component that includes the polymer polyol composition.

The invention relates to compositions of glycidyl ester used as a stabilizer in polyurethane foams formulations having a good resistance to hydrolysis, improved damping with equivalent or improved physical properties, and high sound absorption capacity. The mono or poly-carboxylic acids glycidyl ester is used in amount of 0.1 to 10 weight % over the polyester polyol resin.

METAL-SILOXANE-SILANOL(ATE) COMPOUND AS GEL CATALYST
The invention relates to the use of at least one metal-siloxane-silanol(ate) compound for selective catalysis of the gel reaction in a system for the production of polyurethanes, preferably of unfoamed polyurethanes, flexible foams or rigid foams and/or in the two-component (2K) system according to the invention, and to processes for producing foamed or unfoamed polyurethanes, especially flexible foams or rigid foams, and to use in the CASE sector (coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers), furniture, mattresses, car seats, seal materials or acoustic materials, for insulation of district heating pipes, tanks and pipelines, and for production of all kinds of refrigeration units. In a further aspect, the invention relates to unfoamed polyurethanes, flexible foams and/or rigid foams each produced through the inventive use of at least one metal-siloxane-silanol(ate) compound for selective catalysis of the gel reaction.
2-PART REACTIVE URETHANE RESIN COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THEREOF

The material includes an open-cell soft polyurethane foam prepared from a 2-part reactive urethane resin composition prepared from a polyisocyanate component and a polyol-containing component, wherein the polyol-containing component comprises a polyol component, catalysts, a foam stabilizer, an amine compound having primary or secondary amino groups, and carbon dioxide; wherein an average sound absorption coefficient of said polyurethane foam is 30% or more, measured in accordance with JIS A 1405-2:2007 for 63 hertz to 5000 hertz; and the length of liquid-dripping is within 300 mm.
AMINE-INITIATED POLYOLS AS NON-EMISSIVE CATALYSTS IN HR FOAM
A process for producing an amine-based polyol by reacting a tertiary amine with various epoxides in two or more steps. The present disclosure also relates to the amine-based polyol obtained by this process and the use of the amine-based polyol in the production of polyurethanes, wherein the polyurethanes are preferably synthesized based on toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and are preferably molded foams.
Preparations having improved efficacy as flame retardants
The present invention relates to preparations having improved efficacy as flame retardants, to the use thereof and to polyurethanes containing the preparations according to the invention.
Viscoelastic foam
Recovery time and/or airflow of flexible polyurethane foam is increased by including certain tackifiers in the foam formulation. The tackifiers are characterized in being incompatible with polyol or polyol mixture used to make the foam, having a viscosity of at least 10,000 centipoise at 25° C., having a glass transition temperature of at most 15° C. and being inert to other components of the foam formulation.
Fiber reinforced flexible foams
A flexible foam composition comprising a flexible foam structure comprising a plurality of struts, and a plurality of fibers, where a majority of the fibers are associated with the struts. The fibers may be thermally conductive fibers. The fibers include, but are not necessarily limited to, homopolymer and/or copolymer fibers having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of −50° C. (−58° F.) or greater, carbon fibers, animal-based fibers, plant-based fibers, metal fibers, and combinations thereof. The presence of fibers can impart to the flexible foam composition greater indentation force deflection (IFD), greater static thermal conductivity, improved compression set, improved height retention or durability, and/or a combination of these improvements. The flexible foam composition may be polyurethane foam, latex foam, polyether polyurethane foam, viscoelastic foam, high resilient foam, polyester polyurethane foam, foamed polyethylene, foamed polypropylene, expanded polystyrene, foamed silicone, melamine foam, among others.
