SUSTAINABLE REACTIVE HOT MELT ADHESIVE COMPOSITIONS
The invention features a reactive hot melt adhesive composition comprising the reaction product of from 5% by weight to 40% by weight of a first polyester polyol comprising the reaction product of a dicarboxylic acid monomer, a tetra alkyl cyclobutane diol and optionally one or more additional monomers, from 10% by weight to 80% by weight of a sustainable polyol, and a diisocyanate.
HOT MELT ADHESIVE SHEET
A hot melt adhesive sheet according to the present invention is a hot melt adhesive sheet including a base material having at least one surface on which an adhesive layer made of a hot melt adhesive is disposed. The hot melt adhesive includes a crosslinked product of an adhesive composition including a crosslinking agent, and includes a polyurethane resin, an epoxy resin, an isocyanate-based crosslinking agent, and a crystalline polyester resin. The epoxy resin includes a bisphenol A type epoxy resin and a rubber-modified epoxy resin. The crystalline polyester resin has a number average molecular weight Mn of 33,000 or less, and a glass transition temperature Tg of 5 C. or less. The isocyanate-based crosslinking agent is included in an amount of 14 mass parts or less based on 100 mass parts of a total of the polyurethane resin and the crystalline polyester resin.
Use of polyesters having inherent flame protection in adhesives and sealants
The present invention relates to the use of polyesters with inherent flame retardancy as or in adhesives, sealants and coatings, to polyesters with inherent flame retardancy and to processes for production thereof.
Adhesive compositions and methods
The present invention encompasses polyurethane adhesive compositions comprising aliphatic polycarbonate chains. In one aspect, the present invention encompasses polyurethane adhesives derived from aliphatic polycarbonate polyols and polyisocyanates wherein the polyol chains contain a primary repeating unit having a structure:. In another aspect, the invention provides articles comprising the inventive polyurethane compositions as well as methods of making such compositions.
Polymer containing silane groups
The invention relates to polymers containing silane groups, to a method for their production and to their use as a component of curable compositions, in particular of moisture-curing sealants, adhesives or coatings that can be applied at ambient temperature, or of hot-melt adhesives containing silane groups. The polymers containing silane groups are obtained in particular by means of a special hydroxysilane which can be produced in particular from the reaction of lactides with aminosilanes.
SECONDARY BATTERY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The embodiment of the present application relates to the field of Li-ion battery and, in particular, to a secondary battery. The secondary battery includes a cell, a safety component fixed on the cell and thermal conductive adhesive provided between the cell and the safety component, the thermal conductive adhesive contains at least one of hot melt adhesive, silica gel binder or epoxy resin binder, and thermal conductive filling material. The thermal conductive adhesive in the secondary battery performs good thermal conductivity and adhering property, which can stably adhere the safety component with the cell, meanwhile transferring, via the thermal conductive adhesive, heat of the cell to the safety component rapidly, so that the safety component cuts off the circuit to protect the cell during overcharge, thereby avoid situations that the thermal conductive adhesive is separated from the cell due to cell inflation and deformation.
