Disclosed is a bituminous composition in the form of granules, each granule including a core and a coating and having a mass for approximately one hundred particles of from 0.5 g to 2 g, the core including from 40 wt. % to 60 wt. % of a binder matrix; from 30 wt. % to 40 wt. % of a polymer; from 4 wt. % to 6 wt. % of a compatibilizing agent; and from 2 wt. % to 15 wt. % of an anti-adhesive filler; and the coating including an anti-sticking agent. The invention relates also to a method for preparing the composition, and to the use thereof in bitumen plants.

The invention focuses on a device for sequentially introducing additives in a polymer granulate and the use of the device for mixing the polymer granulate with the additives. The device consisting of a mixer with housing, comprising at least one mixer shaft attached in helix arranged non-continuous conveying pattern shapes, being rotated by a drive for the transport, whereby the mixer in the housing featuring an inlet for the polymer granulate to be mixed and each of the several subsequent inlets for the additive is followed by an outlet for the polymer granulate mixed with the additive, so that two or several mixing zones being formed in the mixer and whereby at least between at two mixing zones on the surface of the mixing shaft one section featuring a continuous screw conveyor instead of the non-continuous conveying pattern shapes, the section not being penetrable for returning solids from the subsequent mixing zone.

The present invention provides a process for producing a conjugated diene polymer, the process including a production step of producing a conjugated diene polymer solution containing a conjugated diene polymer and a solvent, and a devolatilization step of heating the conjugated diene polymer solution while conveying the conjugated diene polymer solution with an apparatus having rotary twin screws, thereby devolatilizing the solvent, in which a motor current value of the screw in the devolatilization step and a motor current value of the screw under no load satisfy a predetermined relational expression.
