The invention relates to an injection molded part comprising a composition comprising: a. Polyarylene sulfide (PAS) in an amount of between 50 wt % and 90 wt %; b. Glass fibers in an amount of between 10 wt % and 50 wt %; wherein the composition has a sodium content of at most 3500 ppm as measured by Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) and wherein the composition has a iodine content of at most 100 ppm as measured by X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and wherein the weight percentage and ppm is with respect to the total weight of the composition. The invention further relates to a fuel cell comprising the injection molded part.

The silica filler is at least partially treated with a fluorinated hydrophobing treating agent. The fluorinated hydrophobing treating agents are selected from one or more silanol terminated fluorinated siloxane oligomer(s) having from 2 to 20 siloxane units, and/or one or more fluorinated silane diol(s), and/or one or more fluorinated trialkoxy silane(s), and/or one or more fluorinated silazane(s), or a mixture thereof.

Provided is a method for dyeing a polymer material with an aqueous pigment composition containing at least one pigment dispersed therein, wherein the polymer material is a blend including a first polymer composition and a second polymer composition which is compatible with the first polymer composition, which second polymer composition includes a binding agent for the at least one pigment. The method includes the steps of heating the polymer material to an activation temperature below the softening temperature of the polymer material, contacting the polymer material with the aqueous pigment composition at a contact temperature for a period of time sufficient to form a pigmented polymer material, subjecting the pigmented polymer material to a fixation step to fixate the at least one pigment therein by cooling the pigmented polymer material to a fixation temperature which is lower than the temperature at which contacting of the polymer material with the aqueous pigment composition is carried out.

A polymer composition includes: from about 20 wt. % to about 80 wt. % of a polymer base resin; from about 10 wt. % to about 60 wt. % of a thermally conductive filler; and from about 5 wt. % to about 60 wt. % of a dielectric ceramic filler having a Dk of at least 20 when measured at 1.1 GHz or greater. The polymer composition exhibits a dielectric constant greater than 3.0 at 1.1 GHz when tested using a split post dielectric resonator and network analyzer on a sample size of 120 mm by 120 mm and 6 mm thickness according to ASTM D150. The polymer composition exhibits a dissipation factor of less than 0.002 at 1.1 GHz when tested using a split post dielectric resonator and network analyzer on a sample size of 120 mm by 120 mm and 6 mm thickness according to ASTM D150.

The present invention relates to thermally conductive materials, including, for instance, thermally conductive tubing and thermally conductive apparel, and applications thereof. In particular, the invention relates to thermally conductive tubing that can used in thermoregulatory apparel, such as, for example, cooling garments and cooling vests. In at least one embodiment, the present invention includes a thermally conductive material made from one or more base polymers and one or more additives that increase the thermal conductivity of the thermally conductive material relative to the one or more base polymers. The base polymer may include, for example, ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), and the additive may include, for example, graphite fibers. The thermally conductive material may also include, for instance, a secondary polymer, such as ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) and/or a plasticizer, such as bis(2-ethylhexyl) adipate (DEHA). Thermally conductive material produced according to one or more embodiments of the present invention may also be extruded or formed to create thermally conductive tubing and/or sheets.

PROCESS FOR COLOURING A THERMOPLASTIC POLYMER
