The present disclosure relates to a silicone-based coating composition, and a silicone-based release film comprising the same.
RESIN SHEET, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RESIN SHEET, AND RESIN COVERING METHOD
A manufacturing method of a resin sheet that is capable of being deformed, covering a front surface of a substrate, and protecting the substrate and that is capable of curing by being given energy from the external includes a liquid resin disposing step of disposing a liquid resin capable of curing by being given the energy from the external on a flat surface and a surface curing step of forming a resin coat layer through curing only an outer circumferential surface of the liquid resin by giving the energy with such intensity that the whole of the liquid resin does not cure to the liquid resin from the external and leaving the liquid resin that is not cured inside the resin coat layer.
Anti-glare hard coat laminated film
One embodiment provides a hard coat laminated film, comprising, in order from a surface layer side, a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a transparent resin film layer, where the first hard coat is formed of a coating material including: (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate; (B) 0.01 to 7 parts by mass of a water repellent; (C) 0.01 to 10 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent; and (D) 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of resin microparticles having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 10 μm, and containing no inorganic particles, and where the second hard coat is formed of a coating material containing inorganic particles. Another embodiment provides a hard coat laminated film having, in order from a surface layer side, a first hard coat, a second hard coat, and a resin film layer. The first hard coat includes a coating material that does not include inorganic particles. The second hard coat includes a coating material including inorganic particles. The adhesive film fulfills the conditions: (i) a total light transmission rate of at least 85%; (ii) a pencil hardness for the first hard coat surface of at least 5H; and (iii) a Y value for an XYZ color system of 1.5%-4.2%.
Silk performance apparel and products and methods of preparing the same
Silk infused performance apparel and methods of preparing the same are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, silk performance apparel includes textiles, fabrics, consumer products, leather, and other materials that are coated with aqueous solutions of pure silk fibroin-based protein fragments. In some embodiments, coated apparel products, textiles, and upholstery, as well as other materials, exhibit surprisingly improved moisture management properties, resistance to microbial growth, increased abrasion resistance, and flame resistance.
A SURFACE COATED CELLULOSIC FILM
A cellulosic film comprising MFC is provided, which is coated on at least one surface thereof with at least one cured barrier layer. The cured barrier layer comprises CMC which has been crosslinked with a crosslinking agent. A method for improving the barrier properties of a cellulosic film is also provided.
Polyimide Film and Manufacturing Method Thereof
The present invention provides a polyimide film, which comprises a polyimide having a structure represented by formula (I):
##STR00001## in which A is a residue group of an aromatic diamine containing a sulfonyl group in its main chain moiety, R.sub.1 is a residue group of an aromatic dianhydride, R.sub.2 is a residue group of an aliphatic dianhydride, m and n are each independently a positive integer, a diamine monomer constituting the polyimide is only composed of the aromatic diamine containing the sulfonyl group in its main chain moiety, and the polyimide is surface-dried at 75° C. to 155° C. in the process of forming the polyimide film. The polyimide film of the present invention has transparency and UV absorption properties.
METHOD FOR APPLYING A COATING ONTO A NON-SILICONE HYDROGEL LENS
The present invention generally relates to a method for applying a coating of hydrophilic polymers onto polyvinylalcohol-based hydrogel contact lenses to improve lubricity. In particular, the present invention is directed to a method for forming a coating on a contact lens, preferably a polyvinylalcohol-based hydrogel contact lens, directly in the primary package and maintaining the coated contact lens within said primary package until insertion of the coated contact lens in the eye of the contact lens user. The resultant polyvinylalcohol-based hydrogel contact lens has a coating with improved lubricity and good durability and also can be used directly from the lens package by a patient without washing and/or rinsing.
Pitch granules which are solid at room temperature
Pitch granules including a core made up of a first composition including at least one pitch, the composition having a penetrability at 25° C. of 0 to 45 1/10 mm, a ring-and-ball softening temperature (TBA) of 55° C. to 175° C., understanding the penetrability as measured according to standard EN 1426 and the TBA as measured according to standard EN 1427, and a layer encapsulating at least one portion of the surface of the core, the layer being made up of a coating composition including at least one anti-caking agent.
Laminated film roll and method of producing the same
The present invention provides a new member having a low refractive index as a substitute for an air layer, for example. The laminated film roll of the present invention includes a long laminated film roll including: an ultra-low refractive index layer having a refractive index of 1.20 or less; and a resin film, wherein the ultra-low refractive index layer is stacked on the resin film. The method of forming the long laminated film roll of the present invention includes steps of: preparing a liquid containing microporous particles; coating a resin film with the liquid; and drying the liquid applied on the resin film, for example.
