A hot melt adhesive film for bonding an ethylene-vinyl acetate form and a rubber includes a hot melt adhesive film layer and a release film layer. The hot melt adhesive film layer is prepared by the following raw materials in parts by weight: a 20-50 parts by weight of polyethylene-ester copolymer, a 5-15 parts by weight of rubber, a 15-55 parts by weight of thermoplastic polyolefin, a 5-20 parts by weight of tackifier and a 5-30 parts by weight of auxiliary. The release film layer is releasably adhered to the hot melt adhesive film layer.

The provided gear is a molded resin constructed of a resin composition comprising a thermoplastic resin (A) and cellulose nanofibers (B) with an average fiber diameter of 1000 nm or smaller, and having a number average molecular weight of the thermoplastic resin (A) in the range of 10,000 to 150,000, wherein a sliding surface of the gear with another gear teeth has an arithmetic mean surface roughness Sa of 3.0 ?m or lower.

The invention is directed to a process for extrusion of mixtures comprising at least one polyvinyl acetal, at least one plasticizer and least one earth alkaline salt of a carboxylic acid, wherein 0.001%-1 wt. % (based on the combined weight of PVB resin and plasticizer) of at least one organic acid having 4 to 30 carbon atoms is added to the mixture.

POROUS POLY(VINYL ACETAL) OBJECT AND NONWOVEN POLY(VINYL ACETAL) FABRIC
The present invention aims to provide a porous polyvinyl acetal object and a nonwoven polyvinyl acetal fabric each capable of exhibiting significantly high shock absorption. Provided is a porous polyvinyl acetal object having a large number of cells, including: a polyvinyl acetal; and a plasticizer, the porous object having an open cell ratio of 10% or higher, the porous object in the form of a sample with a size of 10 cm in length, 10 cm in width, and 4 mm in thickness having a coefficient of rebound (rebounding height/drop height) of 0.1 or lower in measurement of a rebounding height of a -inch SUS ball in conformity with JIS B 1501 dropped from a given drop height to the center of the sample placed on an iron plate with a size of 10 cm or more in length, 10 cm or more in width, and 1 cm in thickness.
ADHESIVE
Provided is an adhesive as follows. The adhesive can bond/secure an adherend to a support with maintaining high adhesiveness during the existence of the need for securing of the adherend to the support, even in a high-temperature environment or in an environment with abrupt temperature change. The adhesive enables debonding of the adherend from the support without breakage of the adherend when the securing becomes unnecessary. The adhesive can be easily removed when remained on the adherend after debonding. The adhesive according to the present invention contains (A) a multivalent vinyl ether compound, (B) a compound including two or more of a constitutional unit represented by Formula (b), and (C) a thermoplastic resin. In the formula, X is selected from hydroxy and carboxy.

Provided is an interlayer film for laminated glass having high Young's modulus, high flexural rigidity, and high sound insulating property. An interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention has a one-layer or two or more-layer structure, and includes a first layer including an ionomer resin containing polyvinyl acetal into which an acid group is introduced, or containing a (meth)acrylic resin into which an acid group is introduced, and the ionomer resin has a content of the acid group of 1.5% by mole or more and 10% by mole or less, the ionomer resin has a degree of neutralization of 10% or more and 90% or less, and the first layer has a glass transition point within a temperature range between 20 C. and 0 C. inclusive.
