An interlayer comprised of a thermoplastic resin, at least one high refractive index plasticizer and, optionally, a conventional plasticizer. The use of a thermoplastic resin, a high refractive index plasticizer, and, optionally, a conventional plasticizer reduces or minimizes the optical defects caused by different refractive indices without sacrificing other characteristics of the interlayer.

A method of recovering poly(vinyl butyral) (PVB). The method comprises a step of providing a solvent to a reclamation system. An additional step includes adding a recycled PVB to the solvent and stirring at a certain temperature for a specified time to dissolve the recycled PVB and form a PVB mixture. An additional step includes filtering the PVB mixture to remove the PVB solids. A further step includes subjecting the PVB solids obtained from the PVB mixture to heat obtain recovered PVB polymer.

A method of forming a FRP rebar includes feeding a first plurality of fibers and a second plurality of fibers simultaneously into a resin impregnator, pulling the fiber mixture through a liquid polymeric resin in the resin impregnator to form a resin-soaked fiber mixture, and passing the resin-soaked fiber mixture through a heated stationary die.

Provided is a polyvinyl acetal film which, when used as an intermediate film for a laminated glass, can provide a laminated glass that exhibits a low degree of yellowness and excellent surface appearance, and which is thus useful as a sealing material or intermediate film that can prolong the life of a laminated glass provided with a solar cell or a functional unit. Further, the content of corrosion-causing substance in the polyvinyl acetal film is low, so that the polyvinyl acetal film permits high-temperature lamination and thus ensures excellent productivity. Also provided are a solar cell module and a laminated glass prepared using the polyvinyl acetal film. A plasticized polyvinyl acetal film which comprises 15 to 60 parts by mass of a plasticizer having a total number of 28 or more of carbon atoms and oxygen atoms constituting a molecule based on 100 parts by mass of a polyvinyl acetal resin, and which has an acid value of 5.0 meq/kg or less.

The interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention is an interlayer film for laminated glass having a one-layer structure or a two or more-layer structure, a polyvinyl acetal resin, a plasticizer, a hindered amine light stabilizer and an oxidation inhibitor containing phosphorus are included in the interlayer film as a whole, the first layer has a glass transition temperature of higher than or equal to 32 C. in the case where the interlayer film is provided with only the first layer, and at least one layer among a second layer and a third layer has a glass transition temperature of higher than or equal to 32 C. in the case where the interlayer film is provided with a first layer and the second layer and is provided or not provided with the third layer.
