Provided is a resin composition including: a polyacetal; conductive carbon black; graphite; and a specific polyacetal decomposition inhibitor, wherein the conductive carbon black has a dibutyl phthalate oil absorption of 180 ml/100 g or less, wherein the content of the polyacetal in the resin composition is 60 mass % or more, and wherein the content of the conductive carbon black in the resin composition is 16 mass % or more and 20 mass % or less.
POLYMER FILM AND USES OF THE SAME
A polymer film comprising polyvinylacetal and a laminated glass manufactured using the same are provided. At least one surface of the polymer film has a void volume (Vv) value at a material ratio of 10% ranging from 3 m.sup.3/m.sup.2 to 34.3 m.sup.3/m.sup.2, wherein the void volume (Vv) and material ratio are defined in accordance with ISO 25178-2:2012.
UPGRADING RECYCLED POLYVINYL BUTYRAL
The invention is directed to a method for producing an upgraded polymer product from recycled polyvinyl butyral, to a polymer product obtainable by said method, to a construction material comprising such polymer product, and to a use of an extruder vacuum pump.
The method of the invention comprises feeding a polymer feed stream to an extruder, wherein said polymer feed stream comprises a recycled polyvinyl butyral; melting said polymer feed stream in the extruder to produce polymer melt and passing said polymer melt through one or more degassing zones connected to a vacuum pump; measuring the melt flow index of the polymer product,
wherein the vacuum pump is operated at a pressure that is controlled by the measured melt flow index of the polymer product.
ACRYLIC POLYVINYL ACETAL FILMS & COMPOSITION
A film is described comprising a (meth)acrylic polymer and a polyvinyl acetal (e.g. butyral) resin. In some embodiments, the film has a glass transition temperature (i.e. Tg) ranging from 30 C. to 60 C. In some embodiments, the film has a gel content of at least 20% or greater. In some embodiments, the film has an elongation at break of at least 175%. The film typically comprises photoinitiator as a result of the method by which the film was made. The film may be a monolithic film or a layer of a multilayer film.
Adhesive
Provided is an adhesive as follows. The adhesive can bond/secure an adherend to a support with maintaining high adhesiveness during the existence of the need for securing of the adherend to the support, even in a high-temperature environment or in an environment with abrupt temperature change. The adhesive enables debonding of the adherend from the support without breakage of the adherend when the securing becomes unnecessary. The adhesive can be easily removed when remained on the adherend after debonding. The adhesive according to the present invention contains (A) a multivalent vinyl ether compound, (B) a compound including two or more of a constitutional unit represented by Formula (b), and (C) a thermoplastic resin. In the formula, X is selected from hydroxy and carboxy. ##STR00001##
