HARD COAT FILM FOR FOLDABLE DISPLAY AND USE THEREOF

Provided is a hard coating film for foldable displays that does not form creases or cracks in the folding portion, and that is also excellent in reducing iridescent colors (interference mottling) caused by fine cracks in an easy-to-adhere resin layer or other layers. The hard coating film for foldable displays contains a polyester film having a thickness of 10 to 80 μm, an easy-to-adhere resin layer, and a hard coating layer, the easy-to-adhere resin layer and the hard coating layer being stacked in this order on at least one surface of the polyester film, wherein the easy-to-adhere resin layer is a cured product of a composition containing at least one compound selected from the group consisting of titanium compounds and zirconium compounds and a polyester resin, and the polyester film having the easy-to-adhere resin layer stacked thereon but not yet having the hard coating layer stacked thereon satisfies characteristics within specific ranges.

The present invention relates to biodegradable polyester resin, wherein the ratio (X/Y) of the number (X) of the first repeat unit comprising a first diol residue and an aromatic dicarboxylic acid residue to the number (Y) of the second repeat unit comprising a second diol residue and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid residue is 0.8 to 3.0, and the impact strength index is 2.2 or more, and to a process for preparing the same. The biodegradable polyester resin can further enhance the impact absorption energy and hardness as compared with conventional biodegradable resins. Further, it can provide a biodegradable polyester film or molded article that is excellent in impact resistance, durability, and formability, along with biodegradability. Thus, it can be utilized in more diverse fields.

Since the biodegradable polyester resin can provide a biodegradable polyester sheet or film that can be simultaneously enhanced in productivity, processability, and moldability and is excellent in tensile strength, tear strength, and friction coefficient and excellent in biodegradability and water degradability, it can be utilized in more diverse fields.

The substrate having the polyelectrolyte complex applied thereon is treated. The treating reduces salt content of the polyelectrolyte complex.
