THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE FILM AND MULTILAYER FILM
Problem to be Solved
A thermoplastic polyurethane film that is capable of achieving a stress relaxation property regardless of the type of polyol, while having good pasting workability, as well as a multilayer film using the same, is provided.
Solution
The thermoplastic polyurethane film is constituted by a reaction product obtained by using dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate (H.sub.12MDI). This enables the thermoplastic polyurethane film and the multilayer film to have a good stress relaxation property regardless of the type of polyol, and to have excellent pasting workability.
THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE (TPU) FOAM PRODUCT WITH HIGH FLATNESS, AND PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF
A thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) foam product with high flatness, and a preparation method and a use thereof are provided. The TPU foam product is prepared by processing aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane (ATPU) beads with a melting range of 20° C. to 50° C. and a melting point of 90° C. to 160° C. by a physical gas foaming process to obtain foamed ATPU beads and heating the foamed ATPU beads with a heat source to make the foamed ATPU beads fused. The TPU foam product with high flatness has a density of 0.08 g/cm.sup.3 to 0.8 g/cm.sup.3 and a flatness value of less than 2 mm, and the flatness value is determined by a fixed-length ruler. The TPU foam product not only has high flatness such that diversified designs are allowed for a surface of the product, but also has high resilience.
RESIN COMPOSITION, RESIN FILM COMPRISING SAID RESIN COMPOSITION, AND GLASS LAMINATE INCLUDING SAID RESIN FILM
The resin composition of the present invention has a phase separation structure including a continuous phase of a thermoplastic resin A and a dispersion phase of a thermoplastic resin B, wherein the thermoplastic resin A and the thermoplastic resin B each have a glass transition temperature of −50° C. or more and 50° C. or less, an absolute value of a difference between glass transition temperatures Tg1 and Tg2, which are each in a range of −50° C. or more and 50° C. or less, is 17° C. or less, and a haze at 23° C. is less than 1.5%. The present invention can provide a resin composition excellent in transparency at low temperature, a resin film containing the resin composition, and a glass laminate including the resin film.
METHOD FOR RECYCLING AND REUSING POLYURETHANE FOAM
The invention discloses a method for recycling and reusing polyurethane foam. The method includes: (1) The functionalized oligomers are obtained by adding solvent and catalyst to the polyurethane foam. (2) The functionalized oligomers are chemically modified, and the photosensitive group is introduced through the functional group reaction. The diluent, photoinitiator, and light absorber, etc. are introduced into the obtained oligomers to prepare photocurable resin. It can be used for photocurable coatings or 3D printing. This method has a fast reaction time, easy recovery of solvent and catalyst, higher value-added recycled product, good economic benefits, and social value.
Cured composition having high impact strength and temperature resistance, based on an epoxy resin and a polyisocyanate
The invention relates to a method for producing a cured composition which has at least one oxazolidinone ring and at least one isocyanurate ring and is cross-linked by the same, starting from a liquid reactive mixture which, based on the total weight thereof, contains at least one epoxy resin, at least one polyisocyanate, at least one polyol, and at least one catalyst composition. The invention further relates to the cured composition obtainable thereby.
Device and method for impregnating fiber structures
An apparatus for impregnating fiber structures with a matrix material includes a lower part having a bath for receiving the matrix material and a draining unit. The draining unit includes a wiper having a wiping edge, over which the impregnated fiber structure is guided during operation, and a surface inclined in the direction of the bath, by which matrix material draining from the fiber structure can return into the bath. The draining unit includes a cover on which a deflection unit, by which the fiber structure is pressed into the bath when the cover is mounted, is mounted. When the cover is mounted, a gap is formed between the cover and the lower part on the sides by which the fiber structure is guided into the apparatus and emerges from the apparatus. A method for impregnating fiber structures with a matrix material is also disclosed.
Interpenetrating polymer networks
The invention relates to a film comprising an interpenetrating network, its uses and processes for making the same. The film produced displays good durability, chemical resistance and transparency. The film is produced from an interpenetrating network formed as a colloidal suspension in an organic solvent and a particulate solid.
