LAMINATE FILM
A laminate film comprising a retardation layer exhibiting blocking characteristics against specific ultraviolet rays even in a state where the retardation layer does not include any ultraviolet absorber or light stabilizer. The laminate film which can be used alone or in combination with an appropriate sunscreen or a light stabilizer as needed to selectively block ultraviolet rays in a region requiring blocking, without affecting display performance, such as color senses and image quality, of a display device. The laminate film can also be formed with a lower thickness without requiring a separate ultraviolet blocking layer, and also has excellent durability, because the laminate film exhibits a certain ultraviolet blocking property even in the absence of an ultraviolet absorber or light stabilizer.
MOISTURE BARRIER LAMINATE
An object of the present invention is to provide a moisture barrier laminate including a moisture trapping layer that maximizes its moisture trapping performance and exhibits an excellent moisture barrier property. The moisture barrier laminate of the present invention includes a gas barrier film substrate A having a gas barrier layer a1 and a moisture trapping layer B formed on the film substrate A as a base. On a surface of the moisture trapping layer B opposite to the film substrate A, a protective resin layer C having a moisture permeability in a range of 4.0×10 to 5.0×10.sup.4 g/m.sup.2.Math.day at 40° C. and 90% RH is laminated.
CONDUCTIVE POLYMER COATINGS FOR THREE DIMENSIONAL SUBSTRATES
The present invention generally relates to compositions and methods for the preparation of conductive polymer coatings, and methods for application of the coatings to three-dimensional substrates.

SPRAY DRYING METHOD
The invention relates to a process for producing a pulverulent composition comprising at least one polymeric dispersant (PD) which comprises structural units having anionic and/or anionogenic groups and structural units having polyether side chains, and at least one polysaccharide (PS). The process here comprises the process steps: a) production of an aqueous dispersion having a viscosity of the dispersion of less than 10 000 mPa.Math.s, comprising the at least one polymeric dispersant (PD) and the at least one polysaccharide (PS) and b) spray drying of the aqueous dispersion produced in process step a). Furthermore, the use of the pulverulent composition according to the invention in inorganic binder compositions, especially as a rheological additive, is disclosed.
Conductive polymer coatings for three dimensional substrates
The present invention generally relates to compositions and methods for the preparation of conductive polymer coatings, and methods for application of the coatings to three-dimensional substrates.
Multicatalyst polyelectrolyte membranes and materials and methods utilizing the same
A multi-catalytic material that includes a polyelectrolyte membrane and methods of preparing the same are provided herein.
Fibrous material impregnated with thermoplastic polymer
An impregnated fibrous material comprising a fibrous material made of continuous fiber and at least one thermoplastic polymer matrix, wherein the at least one thermoplastic polymer is an non-reactive amorphous polymer, the glass transition temperature of which is such that Tg80 C., or a non-reactive semi-crystalline polymer, the melting temperature of which is Tf150 C., the fiber volume ratio is constant in at least 70% of the volume of the tape or ribbon, the fiber ratio in the pre-impregnated fibrous material ranging from 45 to 65% by volume, the porosity rate in the pre-impregnated fibrous material being less than 10%.
3D printable polymeric lightning strike protection system for fiber reinforced composites
The current embodiments include all-polymeric protective material for mitigating lightning strike damage. The protective material includes a hybrid matrix comprising PANI and MXene dispersed within a thermosetting epoxy resin. This hybrid matrix can be painted, printed, or applied as a conductive polymeric layer to a FRCP structure, for example an aircraft fuselage, wing, empennage, control surface (aileron, flap, slats, rudder, elevator) or a wind turbine blade. The protective material not only withstands lightning strikes, but also functions as shielding against electromagnetic interference and is corrosion-resistant and lightweight.
