The disclosure provides an anti-adhesive composition for unvulcanized rubbers which enables a reduction in anti-adhesive-induced dusting, can exhibit high anti-adhesive properties even in a small application amount, and brings about high slipperiness. The anti-adhesive composition for unvulcanized rubbers includes (A) a water-soluble polymer, (B) particles of a water-insoluble organic polymer, (C) a metal soap, (D) a surfactant and water. The anti-adhesive composition for unvulcanized rubbers includes, with respect to the whole mass of the components excluding the water, 30 mass % or more the component (A), 1-20 mass % the component (B), 20-50 mass % the component (C), and 10-20 mass % the component (D).

Porous sheet product and methods of making and using the same. In one embodiment, the porous sheet product may be made by a process that includes providing an extrusion mixture, the extrusion mixture including a polymeric binder, a swelling agent, a compatibilizing agent, and a superabsorbent polymer, the superabsorbent polymer being in particle form. The superabsorbent polymer may be wet-milled such that its particle size before and after milling is reduced by a ratio of at least 5:1. The extrusion mixture may be melt-extruded to form a sheet material in film form. At least a portion of the swelling and compatibilizing agents may be removed. The porous sheet product is preferably liquid permeable and may be used, for example, as a battery separator, as a food packaging material, as a diffusion barrier and disposable garments.

The polymer film includes a block copolymer having a structure in which branched polyalkylene glycol and polyhydroxyalkanoic acid are bound to each other, wherein the polymer film has a film thickness of 10 to 1000 nm. The branched polyalkylene glycol has at least three terminal hydroxyl groups per molecule, the mass percentage of the branched polyalkylene glycol relative to the total mass of the block copolymer is 1% to 30%, and a value obtained by dividing the average molecular weight of polyhydroxyalkanoic acid in the block copolymer by X that is the number of terminal hydroxyl groups present per a single molecule of the branched polyalkylene glycol is 10000 to 30000.

Provided are a preparation method of a superabsorbent polymer, and a superabsorbent polymer prepared thereby. The preparation method of the superabsorbent polymer according to the present disclosure enables preparation of the superabsorbent polymer which is excellent in absorption properties such as centrifuge retention capacity and absorbency under pressure, and also has improved permeability. In addition, the preparation method exhibits excellent operability during the preparation (in particular, surface crosslinking of the polymer) and excellent productivity due to low production of coarse particles and fine particles.

The anionic group-containing polymer excludes an acrylic acid homopolymer. Another aspect of the present invention relates to a method for producing a water-soluble film that includes a polymer containing an anionic group other than a sulfonic acid (salt) group, and a water-soluble resin. The method includes mixing a polymer containing an anionic group other than a sulfonic acid (salt) group and a water-soluble resin.

The aim of the invention is to provide polyester/primer/metallic coating composite films having good adherence of the metallic coating in dry and humid conditions. Said films also form a good gas barrier: oxygen permeability less than or equal to 0.8 cc/m2/d; water vapour permeability less than or equal to 0.3 g/m2/d. To this end, the invention concerns a composite film comprising a polyester substrate, at least one coating adhering on at least one of the faces of the substrate and at least one layer of primer for cross-linked adhesion between the substrate and the coating. Said primer comprises at least one acrylic and/or methacrylic polymer P1, at least one acrylic and/or methacrylic polymer P2 different from P1, at least one cross-linking agent, and, preferably, at least one polyester that is soluble or dispersible in water: P1 having a gel content TG1>70% by dry weight with respect to P1; P2 having a gel content TG2TG1 and 20% by dry weight, with respect to P2; P1 having a surface-grafted free weak acid content >0.8 in meq/g of polymer; [P2]60% by weight on dry by weight in respect to P1+P2. The method for producing said film, the adhering primer, and the articles obtained using said film, also form part of the present invention.
