White Laminated Film and Recording Material
In order to provide an extremely cost-advantageous laminated white film for use as a recording material that is an information printing medium in place of paper such as copy paper, proposed is a laminated white film having a functional layer comprising an antistatic agent on at least one surface of a polyester film having an apparent density of 0.7 to 1.3 g/cm.sup.3 and a thickness of 10 to 1000 m, wherein the polyester film comprises a polyester-incompatible polymer.
Coated Article
A coated article having recyclability properties including a combination of: (a) at least one polyolefin polymer article; and (b) a coating layer of a waterborne acrylic-based matte coating composition having a recyclability property, wherein the recyclability property of the waterborne acrylic-based matte coating composition is such that when the article with the waterborne acrylic-based matte coating composition is reprocessed, the article with the waterborne acrylic-based matte coating composition exhibits at least less than a 30% decreased change in performance compared to a control article without the waterborne acrylic-based matte coating composition; wherein both the control article and the article with the waterborne acrylic-based matte coating composition are both reprocessed the same way; a recyclable coated film structure including at least: (a) at least one first polymer film layer; and (b) at least one coating layer of the above recyclable waterborne acrylic-based matte coating composition; and a process for manufacturing the above recyclable coated film structure.
PACKAGING FILM AND PACKAGE
A recyclable packaging film and a package is disclosed. The packaging film includes a first surface including a first polyolefin-based polymer. The packaging film further includes a second surface including a second polyolefin-based polymer. The packaging film further includes a heat-resistant coating attached to the first surface. The heat-resistant coating is coextensive with less than 50%, by area, of the first surface of the packaging film. The package includes the packaging film and a heat seal connecting the second surface of the packaging film to a third surface.
THERMALLY INSULATING MULTILAYER SHEET, METHOD OF MANUFACTURE, AND ARTICLES USING THE SAME
A thermally insulating multilayer sheet for preventing thermal runaway includes a nonporous elastomeric barrier layer having a first and a second opposed surface; a flexible foam layer disposed on the first surface of the barrier layer; and a flame retardant component, wherein the flame retardant component is distributed within the flexible foam layer, contacts a surface of the flexible foam layer, or both.
SOUND-ABSORBING MATERIAL BLOCK, METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME AND ITS APPLICATION
A sound-absorbing material block, a method for preparing the same and application thereof are provided. The sound-absorbing material block includes three-dimensional open-cell foam, sound-absorbing material powder, a binder, a gel, and a cross-linking agent. The sound-absorbing material powder is bonded to each other and connected to the three-dimensional open-cell foam by means of the gel, the cross-linking agent, and the binder, by mass of the sound-absorbing material powder, the gel accounts for 1 wt % to 5 wt % of the sound-absorbing material powder, and the binder accounts for 1 wt % to 8 wt % of the sound-absorbing material powder, and by mass of the gel, the cross-linking agent accounts for 1 wt % to 10 wt % of the gel. The sound-absorbing material block according to the present disclosure reduces an additive amount of the binder, and significantly improves sound-absorbing performance and strength of the material block.
GRAPHENE ENHANCED SHEET MOLDING COMPOUND
A glass filled SMC composition having an effective amount of graphene for providing improved Izod impact strength, flexural strength and tensile properties over and SMC composition without graphene as an additive.
Sound absorption material, method of making the same and speaker box filled with the same
The present invention discloses a sound absorption material including an organic frame material; a binder; a thickener; and a plurality of sound absorption grains attached to the organic frame material via the binder, having a grain size in a range of 10-100 ?m. The stability and the sound absorption performance of the sound absorption material have been effectively improved.
INFRARED TRANSMISSIVE PRODUCT
An infrared transmissive product includes a body. The body is configured to cover a transmitting unit and a receiving unit for infrared rays in an infrared sensor. The body includes a base made of a transparent plastic having an infrared transmissivity, and a coating film layer that is formed on a rear surface of the base in a transmission direction of infrared rays from the transmitting unit and has an infrared transmissivity. The coating film layer includes dispersed aggregates of particles of a pigment.
Polymer hard coat and methods of preparation
A dispersion comprised of at least 49 wt % of additive particles, a polymerizable monomer, a dispersant and a solvent. Upon polymerization the dispersion forms a hard coat with a haze of at most 0.5% and a transmission of at least 90%. A hard coat comprises at least 49 wt % of additive particles dispersed in a polymer. A method of making a hard coat comprises forming a dispersion, applying the dispersion to one side of a substrate, and polymerizing the dispersion. The hard coat has a haze of at most 0.5% and a transmission of at least 90%.
