A composition and method for making polymeric foam comprising nanocellular domains is provided. The nanocellular domains in the polymeric foam increase the R-value of the polymeric foam product and improve thermal insulation performance. The polymeric foam having the nanocellular domains may be formed using a carbon dioxide-based blowing agent. The polymeric foam having the nanocellular domains can be produced on production-scale equipment in amounts suitable for large-scale applications.

A prepreg contains a base material containing a reinforcing fiber and a semi-cured product of a resin composition impregnated into the base material containing a reinforcing fiber. The resin composition contains (A) a thermosetting resin and (B) at least one compound selected from a group consisting of core shell rubber and a polymer component having a weight average molecular weight of 100000 or more. An amount of the (B) component is higher than or equal to 30 parts by mass and lower than or equal to 100 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the (A) component.

(B) a multi-functional (meth)acrylate, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator. The laminate has a high level of abrasion resistance and improved adhesion and weather resistance.

It is provided that a polyester film excellent in heat resistant dimension stability, impact-resistant strength properties, easy-slipping properties, mechanical properties, transparency, and gas barrier performance, and a film roll obtained by winding up this polyester film. A polyester film includes at least one layer mainly including a polyester resin containing a dicarboxylic acid component including furandicarboxylic acid as a main component and a glycol component including ethylene glycol as a main component; and the polyester film has a plane orientation coefficient P of not less than 0.005 and not more than 0.200, a thickness of not less than 1 m and not more than 300 m, a heat shrinkage rate of 3.2% or less in each of the MD direction and the TD direction at 150 C. for 30 minutes, and a layer containing at least one additive.

The present invention relates to a coated polyester film equipped on at least one side with permanent antifog coating. The film of the invention is suitable for the production of greenhouse blinds, and has specific transparency properties, permanent antifog properties and high UV resistance. The invention further relates to processes for the production of the polyester film of the invention, and also to use thereof.

METHOD FOR TREATING SURFACE OF CARBON FIBER COMPOSITE MATERIAL

The disclosure provides a method for treating a surface of a carbon fiber composite material, comprising the steps of: (1) pretreating a carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material; (2) spraying transparent powder to the surface of the carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material and curing it; (3) polishing the surface of the carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material after the transparent powder is cured; (4) spraying transparent powder to the surface of the carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material after the transparent powder thereon is cured and curing it; (5) polishing, cleaning and baking; and (6) spraying a clear lacquer to the surface of the carbon fiber reinforced resin-based composite material after the transparent powder is cured and curing it.
