BUTTON-SUPPORTED FASHION ACCESSORY
A decorative button cover assembly for trousers and other types of clothing to be worn as a fashion accessory. The assembly includes an elongated slider bar that establishes a constrained path configured to guide a button captive back-and-forth. A snare is attached to one end of the slider bar and a bracket to the other end, and has an aperture configured to receive and then trap the head of the button. The aperture is bounded on one side by an interior stopper edge. The bracket has a standoff portion and a mounting portion. A decorative cover is supported from the mounting portion of the bracket and spaced from the slider bar. In use, the assembly is inextricably trapped between under- and over-flap sections of the trousers, and yet the decorative cover is moveable toward and away from a position directly overlying the button head.
Removable illumination device for a button
An illumination device for a button including a substantially cylindrical housing unit and a substantially cylindrical base unit having an interior surface threadably engageable with a top portion of the housing unit. A battery is removably disposed within the top portion of the housing unit. A depressible push cap is mounted atop the housing unit, with the push cap enclosing a push button actuator and a light bulb. A U-shaped clamp has a right end, a left end, and a pair of leg attachments. A lower edge of each of the pair of leg attachments is attached at a ninety degree angle to the clamp. An upper edge of each of the pair of leg attachments is attached to the housing unit. The clamp is slidably engageable with a button. The push cap is configured to activate the light when the push cap is depressed by a user.
Button cover and method of use
A button cover for use in covering a button to reduce or eliminate damaging of adjacent clothing such as pants, shorts, etc. Some embodiments provide a relatively thin disk shaped cover having a resilient wire button clip extending from the back side of the disk shaped cover. The button clip provides a button mounting channel formed by two opposed resilient arms in the clip, with the two opposed arms interconnected by an intermediate section of wire secured to, or formed within, the body of the disk-shaped cover. The cross-section of the button clip from its intermediate, interconnecting section through to its opposed resilient arms can be U-shaped or otherwise shaped to orient the coplanar opposed arms with the backside of the body of the disk-shaped cover.

Button Assembly with Removable Cap
A button assembly includes a top assembly, an attachment body, and a resilient member. The top assembly includes a cap and a locking ring defining a receiving area, and the locking ring includes a top protrusion extending into the receiving area. The attachment body includes a locking feature that includes a body protrusion and a notched portion. The resilient member is located between the cap and the attachment body such that the cap is movable toward the attachment body. In some examples, the top assembly is selectively engageable with the attachment body by aligning the top protrusion of the locking ring with the notched portion of the locking feature, pushing the top assembly toward the attachment body, and rotating the top assembly relative to the attachment body such that the top protrusion of the locking ring is aligned with the body protrusion of the locking feature.
Interchangeable button system technology
A interchangeable button system that has an interchangeable cap, a base button and a pronged fastener allowing the user to change the appearance and functionality of buttons, quickly and conveniently without sewing. The pronged fastener penetrates fabric exposing the prong tips for alignment with the base buttonholes located on the base button. Compression on the base button couples the pronged fastener with the base buttonholes creating a secure permanent attachment. The base button has an external base thread that aligns with internal cap thread for coupling. Thus the interchangeable cap can be torqued on or off. Different functional decorative and technological types of interchangeable caps may be selectively torqued onto base button for end use.
