A thermoplastic resin composition includes a graft copolymer (A) obtained by graft copolymerization of a monomer mixture (a) that includes at least an aromatic vinyl monomer (a1) and a (meth)acrylate monomer (a2), but does not practically contain a vinyl cyanide monomer (a3), in the presence of a rubbery polymer (r) having a refractive index of not lower than 1.510 and not higher than 1.520; and a vinyl copolymer (B). An acetone insoluble component (C) of the thermoplastic resin composition does not practically contain a vinyl cyanide monomer-derived unit. An acetone soluble component (D) of the thermoplastic resin composition contains the vinyl cyanide monomer-derived unit. The content of the vinyl cyanide monomer-derived unit is not lower than 2% by mass and not higher than 20% by mass relative to 100% by mass of the acetone soluble component (D).

In particular the present invention it relates to polymer composition comprising an epoxy resin and a multistage polymer that can be used as a masterbatch. More particularly the present invention relates also to a process for preparing a polymer composition comprising an epoxy resin and a multistage polymer by spray drying or coagulation.
Cyanate Ester Resin Composition and Prepreg
A cyanate ester resin composition contains: a cyanate ester resin; a curing agent or a curing accelerator; silica microparticles; and core-shell rubber particles; in which the resin composition includes from 1 to 5 parts by mass of the silica microparticles and from 2 to 10 parts by mass of the core-shell rubber particles based on 100 parts by mass of the cyanate ester resin, and a mass ratio of the silica microparticles to the core-shell rubber particles is from 1/1 to 1/5.

Disclosed herein are a thermoplastic resin sheet having excellent mechanical strength and excellent conformability during molding, a laminated sheet using such a thermoplastic resin sheet, and a molded body. The thermoplastic resin sheet includes a thermoplastic resin containing a polyolefin resin, a polyamide resin, and a compatibilizer, wherein the compatibilizer is a modified elastomer having a reactive group that reacts with the polyamide resin. The laminated sheet includes a base layer containing a polyolefin resin and the thermoplastic resin sheet bonded to one surface of the base layer. The molded body includes a base body containing a polyolefin resin and the thermoplastic resin sheet or the laminated sheet bonded to one surface of the base body.

A thermoplastic resin composition with low gloss and improved colorability, pencil hardness and wear resistance has (A) 5 to 35% by weight of a first graft copolymer having an average particle diameter of 50 to 150 nm and containing acrylate rubber as a core; (B) 10 to 40% by weight of a second graft copolymer having an average particle diameter of more than 150 nm and 800 nm or less and containing acrylate rubber as a core; (C) 5 to 15% by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 70,000 to 130,000 g/mol; (D) 20 to 50% by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound-(meth)acrylate compound copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 65,000 to 100,000 g/mol; and (E) 0.1 to 7% by weight of a syndiotactic polystyrene resin.

A prepreg includes: a woven fabric base; and a semi-cured product of a resin composition, which fills an inside of the woven fabric base and coats a surface of the woven fabric base. The resin composition includes a thermosetting resin, an inorganic filler, a first thermoplastic resin soluble in an organic solvent, and a second thermoplastic resin insoluble in an organic solvent. With respect to 100 parts by mass of the thermosetting resin, a content ratio of the inorganic filler ranges from 50 parts by mass to 150 parts by mass, inclusive, and a total content ratio of the first thermoplastic resin and the second thermoplastic resin ranges from 20 parts by mass to 50 parts by mass, inclusive.
