The present disclosure relates to a thermosetting resin composition for a semiconductor package including a modified phenylene ether oligomer or a modified poly(phenylene ether) having ethylenically unsaturated groups at both ends thereof; a thermosetting resin; a predetermined elastic (co)polymer; and an inorganic filler, and a prepreg and a metal clad laminate including the same.
COMPOSITION AND MOLDED ARTICLE
A composition includes a 4-methyl-1-pentene-based polymer in which at least one or more temperatures showing a local maximum value of a loss tangent (tan δ) are present in a range of 10° C. or higher and 100° C. or lower, and the local maximum value of the loss tangent is 0.5 or more and 3.5 or less, and an organic compound, in which a content of the organic compound is 5 to 250 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the 4-methyl-1-pentene-based polymer, and the organic compound has a viscosity (mPa.Math.s) in a range of 65 to 120, or a ratio between a melt flow rate (g/10 min.) of the 4-methyl-1-pentene-based copolymer and a melt flow rate (g/10 min.) of the organic compound is 1:1.0 to 0.1.
THIN FILM-SHAPED FIBER-REINFORCED RESIN AND RESIN MOLDED BODY, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
Provided is a thin film-shaped fiber-reinforced resin that can sufficiently increase the impact resistance of a coated resin molded body while suppressing the reduction in bending elastic modulus of the resin molded body. The thin film-shaped fiber-reinforced resin includes a plurality of reinforcing fibers that are arranged in a single direction alignment, and a matrix resin with which the reinforcing fibers are impregnated. The matrix resin includes a thermoplastic plastic and a thermoplastic elastomer. The content of the thermoplastic elastomer with respect to the total of the thermoplastic plastic mass and the thermoplastic elastomer mass is 5-40 mass %.
RESIN COMPOSITION, HEAT-SHRINKABLE FILM, AND CONTAINER
The heat-shrinkable film includes a block copolymer comprising a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon-derived structural unit and a conjugated diene-derived structural unit as a main component.
Free-flowing mixture, its use, and method for its production
Disclosed are free-flowing mixtures comprising a granular material comprising a thermoplastic elastomer, a functionalized thermoplastic elastomer, at least one phase change material bound to the thermoplastic elastomers, and at least one binding agent capable of adsorbing and/or absorbing portions of the phase change material. The binding agent is substantially present between the granulate materials, and either: i) the proportion by weight of the phase change material in the granular material is 60% to 90% and the binding agent is a non-silicate binding agent, or ii) the proportion by weight of the phase change material in the granular material is more than 70% and up to 90%. Also described are various compositions comprising the mixture and methods for producing the mixture.
DISPLAY DEVICES
A display device that includes a display element including a light source, and a surface film disposed so as to overlap with the display element and including a thermoplastic elastomer composition, the thermoplastic elastomer composition satisfying conditions (1) and (2) below, and the surface film satisfying conditions (3) and (4) below: (1) The melt flow rate (ASTM D1238, 230° C., 2.16 kg load; MFR) is not less than 30 g/10 min. (2) The type A hardness (momentary value) measured by a method in accordance with JIS K6253 is 60 to 90. (3) The thickness is not less than 300 μm and not more than 2 mm. (4) The total light transmittance measured by a method in accordance with JIS K7361 is 3 to 60%.
