Button Attachment by Resilient Gates Trapping Mechanism
A button assembly configured for fast button attachment onto a garment cloth. The assembly comprises a buttoning structure and a retaining structure. The buttoning structure includes a button attached to a spacer attached to a pole attached to a terminal element. The retaining structure comprises a trapping mechanism housed in an aperture with upper opening with a rim attached to a planar plate which is divided into resilient flaps by concentric slits. Attaching the buttoning structure to the garment cloth entails piercing the cloth by the terminal element and inserting it into the retaining structure while bending the flaps. Further insertion releases the flaps which unbend and trap the terminal element inside the retaining structure and preventing its attached button from detachment. Thereby, attaching the button onto the garment cloth. The terminal element could attain a hemispherical or cylindrical shapes. A replaceable ornamental cap fits snugly the button's top.
Button assembly with removable cap
A button assembly includes a top assembly, an attachment body, and a resilient member. The top assembly includes a cap and a locking ring defining a receiving area, and the locking ring includes a top protrusion extending into the receiving area. The attachment body includes a locking feature that includes a body protrusion and a notched portion. The resilient member is located between the cap and the attachment body such that the cap is movable toward the attachment body. In some examples, the top assembly is selectively engageable with the attachment body by aligning the top protrusion of the locking ring with the notched portion of the locking feature, pushing the top assembly toward the attachment body, and rotating the top assembly relative to the attachment body such that the top protrusion of the locking ring is aligned with the body protrusion of the locking feature.
FASHION SCRUNCH CLIP APPARATUS AND METHOD
An apparatus including at least a first and second half of a mating attachment mechanism connected together by at least one flexible member, wherein the first half of the mating attachment mechanism is configured to go underneath a portion of a garment and the flexible member is configured to constrain a portion of a garment scrunched within a closed loop when the second half of the mating attachment is mated with the first half of the mating attachment through the garment and to maintain the scrunching during normal daily wear of the garment, until unmated by an end user. Methods of using the apparatus comprise: placing the first half of the mating attachment mechanism underneath a portion of a garment, extending the second half of the mating attachment mechanism outside the garment, constraining a portion of the garment within the closed loop, and removably mating the second half of the mating attachment with the first half of the mating attachment through the garment.
