Flexible molded skin
The present invention relates to a flexible molded skin as part of a composite structure for an airbag cover, and to a composition for producing such a skin using slush molding. The composition and flexible molded skin have a thermoplastic plasticized vinyl polymer, and a tear promoting agent selected from the group of one or more particulate blowing agents, inorganic mineral materials, organic filler materials and microspheres or a mixture of two or more of the afore mentioned materials. The particles of the particulate tear promoting agent have an average particle size of between 0.005 and 50 μm, preferably between 0.005 and 40 μm.

An adhesive sheet of an embodiment of the present disclosure is an adhesive sheet including: a rigid resin film having a thickness of 80 micrometers to 500 micrometers, and a first pressure sensitive adhesive layer being disposed on or above a surface of the rigid resin film, wherein the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer includes elastic resin microspheres having a volume average particle diameter of 110 micrometers or greater and a tacky binder, and the first pressure sensitive adhesive layer has an uneven surface due to the presence of the microspheres.

The present disclosure relates to a composition, a substrate and a preparation method of a light reflection layer. The composition comprises: a matrix material and an additive, the matrix material including a solvent, reactant molecules and a material with reflection function dispersed in the solvent, wherein the reactant molecules is capable of undergoing cross-linking reaction under a first preset condition, and include monomer molecules and/or prepolymer molecules; the additive including a filler material that is in the form of powder or microspheres, capable of being dispersed in the matrix material, and filled between the crosslinking points of any adjacent reactant molecules to block the crosslinking reaction of some adjacent reactant molecules under the first preset condition.

The present disclosure relates to a composition, a substrate and a preparation method of a light reflection layer. POLYESTER FILM FOR DRY FILMS
A polyester film for dry films includes a polyester resin matrix and a plurality of spherical smoothing agents dispersed in the polyester resin matrix. The polyester resin matrix has a refractive index with a range from 1.5 to 1.7. Each of the spherical smoothing agents has a refractive index within a range from 1.3 to 1.9, a particle size within a range from 50 nm to 2 μm, and a circularity not less than 0.7. A surface of each of the spherical smoothing agents is covered with a siloxane compound or modified with siloxy to be in contact with the polyester resin matrix. The polyester film for dry films is a biaxially-stretched polyester film, and the polyester film for dry films has a haze not greater than 1%, a transparency not less than 85%, and a circuit resolution not greater than 10 μm.
