Rubber Composition and Pneumatic Tire
The present technology provides a rubber composition having: from 30 to 50 parts by mass of carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of from 100 to 130 m.sup.2/g, from 25 to 40 parts by mass of carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of from 37 to 60 m.sup.2/g, from 1.5 to 2.2 parts by mass of sulfur as a pure sulfur content, and from 110 to 200 mass % of a sulfenamide-based vulcanization accelerator relative to the pure sulfur content compounded in 100 parts by mass of diene rubber containing from 30 to 60 parts by mass of isoprene rubber and from 40 to 70 parts by mass of butadiene rubber.
WATERBASED ONE COAT ADHESIVE COMPOSITION
Disclosed is an aqueous adhesive composition which comprises an admixture of: (a) a first aqueous composition comprising, (i) one or more film forming polymers, (ii) one or more lower crystallinity polynitroso compounds, (iii) one or more higher crystallinity polynitroso compounds, and (iv) one or more bismaleimide-containing monomers; and (b) a second aqueous composition comprising (i) an aqueous dispersion of at least one phenolic resin which is a condensation product of a phenol and formaldehyde, wherein the aqueous dispersion is stabilized by at least one polyacrylate; (b) one or more latices formed from one or more halogenated polyolefins; and (c) one or more metal oxides.
PRODUCTION METHOD FOR VULCANIZED RUBBER COMPOSITION
The present invention is a method for producing a vulcanized rubber composition that contains a rubber component containing a polyisoprene rubber, and a syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene, wherein the syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene and the polyisoprene rubber are kneaded at a temperature higher by 10 to 100 C. than the melting point of the syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene, and the resultant unvulcanized rubber composition is vulcanized at a temperature falling within a range of the melting point of the syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene 15 C. The method improves the crack growth resistance of the vulcanized rubber composition.
WIRE COAT COMPOSITION AND A TIRE COMPRISING A WIRE COAT COMPOSITION
The invention relates to a wire coat rubber composition for coating metal wires in a tire, the rubber composition comprising from 60 to 100 phr of natural rubber, from 0 to 40 phr of synthetic polyisoprene, from 40 to 70 phr of oxidized carbon black, up to 5 phr of a resin and up to 8 phr of oil. The present invention also relates to a tire comprising such a wire coat composition.
HIGH STRENGTH HEAT RESISTANT RUBBER COMPOSITION AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING HIGH STRENGTH HEAT RESISTANT RUBBER PRODUCT
According to the invention, a high strength heat resistant rubber composition having both excellent strength and heat resistance, comprising: 80 to 85 parts by mass of a rubber base material; 5 to 11 parts by mass of attapulgite; 40 to 50 parts by mass of a linear low-density polyethylene; 4 to 6 parts by mass of a ceramic powder; 2 to 6 parts by mass of a cross-linking agent; 5 to 9 parts by mass of a filler; 5 to 9 parts by mass of a cross-linking aid; 8 to 13 parts by mass of rosin; 12 to 16 parts by mass of bismaleimide; and 7 to 12 parts by mass of yttrium oxide and a process for producing a high strength heat resistant rubber product using the composition are provided.

The present invention provides a rubber composition for a prosthetic foot sole exhibiting high grip performance in all weather conditions and excellent in durability, and the prosthetic foot sole. The rubber composition for a prosthetic foot sole and the prosthetic foot sole, include at least one rubber component selected from a natural rubber and a synthetic diene rubber and at least one filler selected from carbon black and an inorganic filler, wherein the total amount of the filler is 50 parts by mass or more and 150 parts by mass or less.
MODIFIED BUTADIENE POLYMER AND RUBBER COMPOSITION
The present invention provides a compounding agent which, when used in a rubber composition containing a reinforcing filler, exhibits excellent dispersibility, workability, toughness, low heat build-up, and wear resistance; and a rubber composition containing the compounding agent. A modified butadiene polymer of the present invention has a functional group containing a nitrogen atom and silicon atom at a terminal, a weight average molecular weight of the modified butadiene polymer being from 1000 to 15000, and a molecular weight distribution of the modified butadiene polymer being 2.0 or less.
RUBBER COMPOSITION, INNER LINER RUBBER, AND TIRE
The present invention relates to a rubber composition including a rubber component, a reinforcing filler containing a reinforcing filler A and a reinforcing filler B, a layered or platy mineral having an aspect ratio of 3 to 30, and a resin having a glass transition temperature of 41 to 75 C., wherein the reinforcing filler A is carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of less than 50 m.sup.2/g, and the reinforcing filler B is carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 100 m.sup.2/g or more or silica having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 100 m.sup.2/g or more, the rubber composition being able to produce a vulcanized rubber having excellent gas barrier properties and low-temperature durability.

The present disclosure relates to tires, at least one internal layer of which exhibits good mechanical properties and reduced rolling resistance, the said internal layer comprising a rubber composition based on at least 80 to 100 phr of an isoprene elastomer, a reinforcing filler predominantly comprising carbon black, 1 to 45 phr of reinforcing resin, a salt of an alkaline earth, alkali or lanthanide metal, and a crosslinking system.
