Heat dissipation sheet, method for producing heat dissipation sheet, and laminate
Provided is a heat dissipation sheet capable of effectively enhancing adhesiveness and long-term insulation reliability. The heat dissipation sheet according to the present invention contains first inorganic particles having an aspect ratio of 2 or less, second inorganic particles having an aspect ratio of more than 2, and a binder resin. In this heat dissipation sheet, a content of the second inorganic particles is larger than a content of the first inorganic particles in 100% by volume of a region having a thickness of 15% on a first surface side in a thickness direction, and the content of the first inorganic particles in 100% by volume of the region having a thickness of 15% is larger than the content of the first inorganic particles in 100% by volume of a central region having a thickness of 70%.

The present application discloses a polyvinyl alcohol composition, as well as a preparation method and polyvinyl alcohol medical catheter containing thereof, wherein raw materials include the following components: 60-90 parts of polyvinyl alcohol; 0.1-3 parts of glutaraldehyde; and the polyvinyl alcohol composition is made by mixing the polyvinyl alcohol in molten state with the glutaraldehyde in an acidic environment.
Liquid-crystal polyester resin composition
A liquid crystal polyester resin composition includes: (A) liquid crystal polyester; (B) talc; and (C) mica, in which the total amount ((B)+(C)) of the (B) talc and the (C) mica is in a range of 5 parts by mass to 100 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the (A) liquid crystal polyester, and a mass ratio ((B)/(C)) of a mass of the (B) talc to a mass of the (C) mica is in a range of 9/1 to 1/9.
SEALANT COMPOSITION
A one-part low modulus room temperature vulcamsable (RTV) silicone composition comprising a titanate and/or zirconate catalyst which cures to a low modulus silicone elastomer which has a good adhesion profile and may be used as a non-staining (clean) sealant having high movement capability which compositions contains an aminosilane adhesion promoter having two hydroxyl or hydrolysable groups per molecule in an amount of 0.1-3.75% by weight of the composition.
SHEAR THINNING THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE SILICONE COMPOSITIONS
A composition contains the following components: (a) 15 to 49.8 volume-percent of a first polysiloxane that is has a viscosity in a range of 50 centiStokes to 550 Stokes as determined according to ASTM D4283-98; (b) 0.2 to 5 volume-percent of an organoclay; (c) 50-74 volume-percent roundish or crushed thermally conductive fillers including: (i) 5 to 15 volume-percent small thermally conductive fillers having a median particle size in a range of 0.1 to 1.0 micrometers; (ii) 10 to 25 volume-percent medium thermally conductive fillers having a median particle size in a range of 1.1 to 5.0 micrometers; (iii) 25 to 50 volume-percent large thermally conductive fillers having a median particle size in a range of 5.1 to 50 micrometers; and (d) 0 to 5 volume-percent of an alkoxy functional linear polysiloxane different from the first polysiloxane and/or an alkoxy functional linear silane; where volume-percent values are relative to composition volume.
Polycarbonate resin composition
Provided is a polycarbonate resin composition that can block ultraviolet light as well as light on the visible light side therefrom at wavelengths of 400 to 420 nm, and that is free of the problem of gas generation during molding. The polycarbonate resin composition characteristically comprises, per 100 parts by mass of a polycarbonate resin (A), (i) 0.02 to 1 parts by mass of a sesamol group-containing benzotriazole ultraviolet absorber (B1) having a maximum absorption wavelength of at least 375 nm in the absorption curve determined according to JIS K 7105 using the following formula, or (ii) 0.08 to 1 parts by mass of a sesamol group-containing benzotriazole ultraviolet absorber (B2) having a maximum absorption wavelength of at least 360 nm and less than 375 nm in the absorption curve determined according to JIS K 7105 using the following formula; and 0.01 to 0.5% by mass of a stabilizer (C).

A photocurable composition is provided. A cured product formed by curing the photocurable composition has reworkability and excellent heat resistance while having flexibility. The photocurable composition includes a telechelic acrylic polymer having an acryloyl group at both ends; a polyfunctional acrylic polymer having acryloyl groups; a monofunctional acrylic monomer; and a fumed silica including at least one of a hydrophilic fumed silica or a fumed silica having a polar group. The photocurable composition has a Martens hardness of 0.07 to 0.75 N/mm.sup.2, where the Martens hardness is a hardness after the photocurable composition is cured.
