The present invention is to provide a rubber composition for a hose and the like, the rubber composition having excellent oil resistance and low-temperature performance. A rubber composition for a hose, the rubber composition comprising: a hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber having an acrylonitrile amount of 24 mass % or less, a carbon black, a peroxide, and a triallyl isocyanurate; a content of the peroxide being 2.4 parts by mass or more per 100 parts by mass of the hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber; and a content of the triallyl isocyanurate being 1.9 parts by mass or more per 100 parts by mass of the hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, and a hose formed by using the rubber composition for a hose.

A rubber composition for a hose, the rubber composition comprising: a hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber having an acrylonitrile amount of 24 mass % or less, a carbon black, a peroxide, and a triallyl isocyanurate; a content of the peroxide being 2.4 parts by mass or more per 100 parts by mass of the hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber; and a content of the triallyl isocyanurate being 1.9 parts by mass or more per 100 parts by mass of the hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, and a hose formed by using the rubber composition for a hose.
HYDROGENATED NITRILE RUBBER COMPOSITION AND DRIVETRAIN OIL SEAL
A hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition and a drivetrain oil seal whereby seal squeal can be prevented even upon wearing away of the sealing or even under dry lubrication conditions without any grease. The hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of hydrogenated nitrile rubber and further 10 to 55 parts by weight of wollastonite and 10 to 55 parts by weight of graphite as fillers, the total amount of the fillers being 50 to 110 parts by weight. The drivetrain oil seal comprises a crosslinked product of the hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition.
HYDROGENATED NITRILE RUBBER COMPOSITION AND DRIVETRAIN OIL SEAL
A hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition and a drivetrain oil seal whereby seal squeal can be prevented even upon wearing away of the sealing or even under dry lubrication conditions without any grease. The hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of hydrogenated nitrile rubber and further 10 to 55 parts by weight of wollastonite and 10 to 55 parts by weight of graphite as fillers, the total amount of the fillers being 50 to 110 parts by weight. The drivetrain oil seal comprises a crosslinked product of the hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition.

Provided is a binder composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery positive electrode that can form a positive electrode with which it is possible to obtain a non-aqueous secondary battery having excellent life characteristics even when aging treatment is carried out under low-temperature and low-depth of charge conditions. The binder composition contains a first binder, iron, and at least one of ruthenium and rhodium. The total iron, ruthenium, and rhodium content is no greater than 5×10.sup.−3 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the first binder.
CROSS-LINKABLE NITRILE RUBBER COMPOSITION AND CROSS-LINKED RUBBER PRODUCT
A cross-linkable nitrile rubber composition contains a carboxyl group-containing highly saturated nitrile rubber, a resin, and a polyamine cross-linking agent. The content of the carboxyl group-containing highly saturated nitrile rubber is 30 parts by weight or more with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the carboxyl group-containing highly saturated nitrile rubber and the resin. The cross-linkable nitrile rubber composition is obtained by performing kneading at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the resin.
CROSS-LINKABLE NITRILE RUBBER COMPOSITION AND CROSS-LINKED RUBBER PRODUCT
A cross-linkable nitrile rubber composition contains a carboxyl group-containing highly saturated nitrile rubber, a resin, and a polyamine cross-linking agent. The content of the carboxyl group-containing highly saturated nitrile rubber is 30 parts by weight or more with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the carboxyl group-containing highly saturated nitrile rubber and the resin. The cross-linkable nitrile rubber composition is obtained by performing kneading at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the resin.
Coating agent composition
Disclosed is a coating agent composition comprising (A) a polytetrafluoroethylene resin emulsion, (B) an urethane resin emulsion, and (C) a hydrogenated NBR emulsion, and preferably further comprising (D) an acrylic resin emulsion and/or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin emulsion. When this coating agent composition is used as a surface coating agent for general vulcanized rubber-molded products, evaluation of adhesion to rubber by an adhesion test is hardly impaired, and bleeding evaluation, evaluation of the flexibility of the coating agent by a bending test, and evaluation of the reduction in adhesion to rubber due to bloom from the rubber by a high-temperature and high-humidity test are all satisfied.
Coating agent composition
Disclosed is a coating agent composition comprising (A) a polytetrafluoroethylene resin emulsion, (B) an urethane resin emulsion, and (C) a hydrogenated NBR emulsion, and preferably further comprising (D) an acrylic resin emulsion and/or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin emulsion. A nitrile rubber composition comprising a highly saturated nitrile rubber (A) containing α,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer units in a ratio of 8 to 60 wt % and having an iodine value of 120 or less and an alkylated phenol compound (B), wherein a ratio of content of the alkylated phenol compound (B) with respect to a total of the highly saturated nitrile rubber (A) and the alkylated phenol compound (B) is 0.01 to 1 wt %, and a difference (η2−η1) between a plasticity number η2 after storage at 70° C. for 7 days in a state of an aqueous dispersion by being dispersed in water and a plasticity number η1 before the storage is 12 or less is provided.
