Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition which includes: a graft copolymer including a C.sub.4 to C.sub.10 alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit, a styrene-based monomer unit, and a vinyl cyan-based monomer unit; a first styrene-based copolymer including a C.sub.1 to C.sub.3 alkyl-substituted styrene-based monomer unit and a vinyl cyan-based monomer unit; and a second styrene-based copolymer including an unsubstituted styrene-based monomer unit and a vinyl cyan-based monomer unit. The thermoplastic resin composition is remarkably excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, and appearance characteristics while maintaining basic properties.

A resin film comprising a multilayer structure acrylic polymer and the film having an acid value of not more than 0.018 mmol/g in an acetone insoluble matter, an acid value of not more than 0.012 mmol/g in an acetone soluble matter, a glass transition temperature of not less than 80° C. and a thickness of 5 to 300 μm is obtained by a method comprising emulsion polymerization for producing a latex comprising multilayer structure acrylic polymer, coagulating the latex comprising the multilayer structure acrylic polymer to obtain a slurry, washing and dehydrating the slurry, drying the dehydrated slurry to remove the multilayer structure acrylic polymer, mixing 0 to 35% by mass of an acrylic resin and 65 to 100% by mass of the removed multilayer structure acrylic polymer and subjecting the resultant mixture melted to an extrusion molding.

THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION AND MOLDED ARTICLE MANUFACTURED USING THE SAME

Disclosed is a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent compatibility between a base resin and additives that may prevent aggregation of a metal pigment, and a molded article including the same. Also disclosed is a molded article manufactured using the thermoplastic resin composition, which may reduce flow marks on a metallic surface, and thus appearance and gloss may be excellent, injection quality and antistatic properties may be excellent, and the molded article may be widely used in various fields such as electronics.

THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION AND EXTERIOR MATERIAL INCLUDING THE SAME

The present disclosure relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and an exterior material including the same. The thermoplastic resin composition includes 100 parts by weight of styrene-based resins; 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a first polyamide resin having a melting temperature (Tm) of 230° C. or less; and 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a second polyamide resin having a melting temperature (Tm) of 250° C. or more. Both the first and second polyamide resins have a relative viscosity of 2.5 or less. The present disclosure advantageously provides a low-gloss thermoplastic resin composition having excellent aesthetics, such as softness, luxuriousness, and naturalness, due to uniform and low gloss, and improvement in surface texture while having mechanical properties and processability equal or superior to those of conventional ASA resins; and an exterior material including the low-gloss thermoplastic resin composition.
