The sling slider may be a triglide. The body may have three parallel bars, and the elongated bar defining the elongated cord passage may be positioned between a second bar and a third bar. The body may define a pair of elongated sling strap passages on opposite sides of the elongated bar.

Aspects herein are directed to a strap system having an adjustable stretch that is suitable for upper body garments, lower body garment, and articles such as bags, and articles of footwear. The strap system includes a pair of straps that are coupled together in a face sharing relationship by a coupling mechanism. One of the straps in the pair of straps has greater stretch properties than the other strap. A total stretch of the strap system is adjustable by moving the coupling mechanism along a length of the strap system.

A strap adjustor including a top surface and a bottom surface opposite the top surface, an upper surface that extends between the top surface and the bottom surface and a lower surface opposite the upper surface, a front surface extending between the top surface and the bottom surface and between the upper surface and the lower surface and a back surface opposite the front surface, the back surface extending between the top surface and the bottom surface and between the upper surface and the lower surface, a first through opening, between the front surface and the back surface, that extends completely through the strap adjustor, a second through opening, between the front surface and the back surface, that extends completely through the strap adjustor, and a bar separating the first through opening from the second through opening.

A cord and webbing fastener is provided. The fastener includes a body, an elongated, oval-shaped passageway extending there through from lateral sides thereof and between a mid-bar and a bottom bar, and a jawed passageway extending there through from lateral sides thereof and between the mid-bar and the first jaw and the second jaw. The fastener is used assembled with cord and webbing to adjustably secure a hammock or other load to a support or anchor point.
