The invention relates to a curable resin composition containing (A) a multifunctional benzoxazine compound having two or more benzoxazine rings, (B) an epoxy compound having at least one norbornane structure and at least two epoxy groups, (C) a naphthylene ether type epoxy compound, and (D) a curing agent, and optionally (E) an inorganic filler and (F) a curing accelerator; a cured product thereof; methods of producing the curable resin composition and the cured product and a semiconductor device in which a semiconductor element is disposed in a cured product obtained by curing a curable resin composition containing components (A) to (D), and optionally components (E) and (F).
DRUG DELIVERY COMPOSITIONS AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF
In one aspect, amphiphilic block copolymers are described herein comprising a first block and a second block, the second block including monomer having a side chain comprising a heteroaryl moiety, wherein the second block is more hydrophobic than the first block. In some embodiments, the heteroaryl moiety is a five-membered ring or six membered ring. Amphiphilic block copolymers described herein, in some embodiments, can be used to form micellar compositions for solubilizing and delivering water insoluble pharmaceutical and/or therapeutic agents.
Nitride ceramic resin composite body
A nitride-based ceramics resin composite body having thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, and adhesion to adherends equal to conventional products, and having improved heat resistance reliability during the reflow process, and a thermal conductive insulating adhesive sheet using the same are provided. A nitride-based ceramics resin composite body in which a thermosetting resin composition is impregnated in a porous nitride-based ceramics sintered body is provided. The thermosetting resin composition includes a specific epoxy resin and a bismaleimide triazine resin, and a water absorption of the thermosetting resin composition in a completely cured state measured in accordance with method A in JIS K7209 (2000) is 1% by mass or less.
Method for Preparation of a Moulded Composite from a Bulk Moulding Compound
A bulk moulding compound comprising one or more cyanate ester, a catalyst, a filler and reinforcement fibres is provide, whereby the one or more cyanate ester is independently selected from a difunctional cyanate ester compound and/or a polyfunctional cyanate ester and mixtures of these cyanate esters. Furthermore, the catalyst is independently selected from the group consisting of 4,4′ methylene-bis(2,6-diethylaniline) (M-DEA), 4,4′-methylene-bis(3-chloro-2,6-diethyl¬aniline) (M-CDEA), aluminum(III)acetylacetonate, and mixtures thereof.
