A polyetherimide composition includes specific amounts of a polyetherimide, a block polyestercarbonate, a block poly-carbonate-polysiloxane, and a core-shell impact modifier in which the core includes a polysiloxane and the shell includes a poly(alkyl (meth)acrylate). Relative to a corresponding composition lacking the core-shell impact modifier, the polyetherimide composition exhibits increased impact strength while substantially retaining flame retardancy. Also described are associated articles, including articles formed by additive manufacturing, and a method of additive manufacturing.

Disclosed is a paint composition containing graphene oxide for preventing corrosion of a structure and improving water repellency, corrosion proof and long-term durability of a concrete structure. The paint composition includes a powder mixture containing 0.2 to 1.0 weight % of zinc (Zn), 0.02 to 0.3 weight % of graphene oxide, 0.06 to 0.11 weight % of phosphorus, and a remaining amount of aluminum (Al); and an adhesive resin in which the powder mixture is uniformly dispersed.

A method of making the polymer composition includes melt-mixing the poly(biphenyl etherimide) and the second polymer. Articles comprising the polymer composition and methods of forming the articles are also described.
