The present invention relates to novel proteases, more particularly to protease variants having improved activity compared to the protease of SEQ ID N° 1 and the uses thereof for degrading polyester containing material, such as plastic products. The proteases of the invention are particularly suited to degrade polylactic acid, and material containing polylactic acid.

High concentrations of recycle polymer are gasified in a partial oxidation gasifier to make a syngas useful to make a variety of chemicals and polymers, such as cellulose ester. Polymers such as cellulose esters can be made that are obtained from sustainable sources, recycle sources, and are biodegradable. Circularity in the manufacture of textiles and/or plastics made from the fibers of such cellulose esters can now be achieved. The process of making such a syngas from high concentrations of recycle polymer (e.g. textiles and/or plastics) includes campaigning for the production of syngas.

The invention discloses a preparation method of highly transparent self-adhesive PBAT cling film. The raw materials include PBAT, ACR, glycerin, and glycerin fatty acid ester; the preparation methods include mixing, preparing pellets, film blowing, and film winding. In the invention, ACR is added into PBAT resin, which increases the ductility, shrinkage property and flatness of winding of PBAT cling films; glycerin can improve the extrusion stability, softness and adhesion properties of PBAT cling films; glycerin fatty acid ester can improve the anti-fog property of PBAT cling films; meanwhile, glycerin and glycerin fatty acid can play a synergistic role to further enhance the anti-fog property of PBAT cling films. The PBAT cling film prepared by the invention has superior physical property, high transparency, high adhesion property, high shrinkage property, smooth flatness of winding free of wrinkles and good air permeability.
