A method of preparing condensation cross-linked particles in an emulsion includes combining a first linear reactant having two unsaturated carbon-carbon moieties, a second linear reactant having two Si—H moieties, and a third reactant having at least one condensable reactive group and having up to two unsaturated carbon-carbon moieties or Si—H moieties with the proviso that the third reactant has at least one unsaturated carbon-carbon moiety or S—H moiety. The first, second, and third reactants are combined in the presence of a hydrosilylation catalyst and a polar liquid to form an emulsion wherein the first, second, and third reactants react via a hydrosilylation reaction to form particles that have a linear backbone wherein the condensable reactive group is disposed thereon. The method also includes cross-linking the linear backbone via a condensation reaction to form the condensation cross-linked particles.

The present invention relates to a fluorine-containing resin composition, and a resin vanish, a fluorine-containing dielectric sheet, a laminate, a copper clad laminate and a printed circuit board containing the same. The fluorine-containing resin composition comprises 30 wt. %-70 wt. % of a fluorine-containing polymer, 30 wt. %-70 wt. % of an inorganic filler which includes the following particle size distribution: D10 is greater than 1.5 μm; and D50 is 10-15 μm. In the present invention, the selection of an inorganic filler with a specific particle size distribution can ensure that the boards prepared by the fluorine-containing resin composition have excellent dielectric properties and voltage resistance performance, even if the inorganic filler is added in a large amount.

Liquid polybutadiene, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof are provided. The liquid polybutadiene has a number-average molecular weight of 2,500-5,500 and a molecular weight distribution index of 1-1.2. Based on the total amount of the liquid polybutadiene, the content of a 1,2-structural unit in the liquid polybutadiene is 85-95 wt %, the content of a 1,4-structural unit in the liquid polybutadiene is 5-15 wt %, and the molar ratio of a cis-1,4-structural unit to a trans-1,4-structural unit in the liquid polybutadiene is 1-2:1; and the dynamic viscosity of the liquid polybutadiene at 45° C. is 100-500 P. The liquid polybutadiene has good flowability, good film formability, and good coating performance, and a formed coating has an improved adhesion force to a substrate.

Carboxylic acid-modified nitrile-based copolymer latex composition, preparation method thereof, and latex composition for dip molding including the same

Disclosed is a carboxylic acid-modified nitrile-based copolymer latex composition, including 0.1-10 parts by weight of a reactive emulsifier based on 100 parts by weight of a monomer mixture, wherein the monomer mixture includes 40-88 wt % of a conjugated diene-based monomer, 10-50 wt % of an ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer and 0.1-10 wt % of an ethylenically unsaturated acid monomer. Also disclosed are a method of preparing the carboxylic acid-modified nitrile-based copolymer latex composition and a latex composition for dip molding including the same. The carboxylic acid-modified nitrile-based copolymer latex composition reduces generation of foam through the use of a reactive emulsifier different from the conventional adsorption/desorption type emulsifier, thereby preventing degradation of the quality of latex caused by foam. In addition, the carboxylic acid-modified nitrile-based copolymer latex composition avoids a need for introducing a defoaming agent for removing foam or maturation process.

A process of manufacturing the said emulsion is also provided, which process in comprising of selective sequence based steps and upon employing selective amounts of ingredients provides for said freeze thaw stable emulsion that is freeze thaw stable upto at least 5 cycles of freezing and thawing and yet maintains a particle size of 130-150 nm.
